Nadya is amazing!!! I feel so much better after a massage from Nadya. She is an excellent communicator and makes sure to adequately address my problem areas. Her massage technique is perfect - every massage from her is a gift. 5 stars is not enough!!!

I go here fairly often for both massage and acupuncture, and I have had a great experience every time. Today I had an exceptional appointment with Morgan, who was very knowledgeable, made good recommendations for care, and it just felt like he went the extra mile. Overall, I have had appointments with various staff and have yet to leave disappointed. Grateful they’re around!

Todd is knowledgeable and skilled. I felt very comfortable and appreciated his explanations and gentle technique. I had never had acupuncture before, and he made It a good experience that I received noticeable medical benefit from. After my first treatment I felt a decrease in body stress and pain and an increase in relaxation and ease.

This new building is beautiful! When another naturopath refused to update my auth with 4 months left with my updated name, this one well surpassed the other clinic in so many ways. What a wonder N.D. I really liked how easy he is to talk with. Explained well! Worth the money to renew!!! Who couldn’t resist how pretty the building and yard is! It Looks like you should be getting married here. Gorgeous! Thank you so much! Glad I could come out and renew my Mmj auth with you!

While the massage therapists are awesome, the front office staff is very short on customer service skills. I have had too many exchanges with the front office staff where they are curt, short and downright rude. I have never been treated this way by any other Dr. office staff. I do not deserve to be treated this way and will not be back.

I'm new to massage and it wasn't until my 3rd or 4th visit today that I was no longer uncertain if it was for me. I've realized no two massage therapists are the same and they pretty much have their own techniques. With enough visits from different ones, I soon realized for me that it is Josh - he found what is right for me. Before I started going here, I knew I'd have to set aside any reservations or stereotypes I had before...and I'm glad I did. Demographics don't matter in this industry and it takes experience to find the right therapists that works for you. I'm certain everyone feels this way. I'm glad I found Medical Massage of Chehalis WA and I'll keep coming back and asking for Josh as long as the VA continues to support me in this journey! Thank you so much!!! 🙂

This is a great place to relax and revive your body and soul, the staff is friendly and always there to help, if you are in need of a way to relive that tension by getting a relaxing message, and or have pain that just wont go away, this is definitely the place that can make it happen. its nice to have so many types of body care in one building.

Alissa is a terrific LMT. she assures that her clients are comfortable and their needs are met. Her professionalism and skill in body mechanics and knowledge is stellar The comfort and caring emanates around her I drove from Olympia to see her and Lewis County is very lucky to have such an amazing multi-talented provider available She is awesome

I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance during my spring break and drove an hour to make it to my 11:30 appointment. I arrived early and was told my massage therapist was running late due to traffic, which I completely understood and was willing to wait for. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was then told that by the time she arrived, I would only be able to receive a 15–20 minute massage and was asked to reschedule. I was surprised, as I had booked a full hour and didn’t feel it was fair that my appointment time was reduced due to circumstances outside of my control. I suggested contacting later appointments to adjust the schedule, as I am already here, but that was dismissed. What was most disappointing was the tone of the interaction, it felt abrupt and confrontational, as though I was being unreasonable, when I had been patient and flexible. I ended up leaving without receiving a service. I understand that delays happen, but I do feel there could have been a better effort to accommodate me or at least communicate more respectfully. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I am very pleased with the massages from Travis, Brianne, Rachel, and Mauve. I am able to be more functional, and have less pain. They are very mindful for how much pressure to use. I have been for massages with other therapists, at other places, and felt beat up. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I get a massage, from these massage therapists. The women, at the front desk are always pleasant, and the flowers, in the front of the business, are a real nice touch.
