Bad massage had no idea what she was doing, & only lasted 40 mins. Paid for an hour, & still got mad about no tip. I had a timer set and she still tried saying it was an hour. Don’t recommend coming here for a proper massage.

Short story: She can't do math with time or money. Massage was good, except she ask if I wanted HE 3 times, I kept refusing. Long story: I asked for 90 massage, gave her $100, asked for change ($10), which she agreed to do. Another lady came in the room (without change) and started the massage. As stated, massage was good, except for her repeatedly asking me if I wanted HE. 75 minutes into the massage another customer came the store, she left the room to talk with him. She came back to the my room and said my massage was done. Assuming $60 for 60 minutes, $90 for 90 minutes then $75 should be for 75 minutes. I gave her $20 as a tip and she said 'more, not enough'. Let's do the math; $75 for the massage, paid her $120 (she never brought back the $10), so the tip ended up being $45 - that's 60% tip, which apparently wasn't enough for her. How do I know it only was 75 minutes? My google maps showed I arrive there and 80 minutes later drove away, giving me 5 minutes to exit my vehicle, walk in the store, undress, redress, tip (argue about it), walk back to my vehicle and drive away. Ok, let's say she did the entire 90 minutes, she still received $30 as a tip, which is 33%. Typically, 20% tips is the minimum they want. Compare this to a different place I went last week. 90 minute massage, paid $120 ($30 tip, 33%). I received a full 90 minute massage. Google maps showed I was there for 98 minutes, so I took 8 (not 5) additional minutes to do everything as stated above. The lady that gave me the massage was very happy with the tip and gave me a big hug and said 'thank you' over and over. I used to like this place, they just lost a customer (that tips generously). Perhaps even more customers after reading this review.

Horrible experience. The lady insisted that I tip her a specific amount before getting a massage. I explained tip is based on service, but she refused to charge my card until I agreed to add the tip amount. I get massages regularly and this was by far the worst. The pressure was great, but felt like she was in a rush and does not enjoy what she’s doing. She focused on my spine (who does that?) after repeatedly asking her not to. I got a full body and stayed on my stomach, no head massage, no feet massage. Primarily back and glute. First and last visit.

I use to frequent this location often pre-covid. Went recently and had a horrific experience. Wont go back. Wanted the chair massage, but the girl whom I had not seen before, spoke little English, said same price full body oil massage as chair massage (I had had dozens of chair massages here previously over many years, the rate for this was always less ). So I finally agreed to full Massage, as she seemed not interested in doing a chair style massage and it really shouldn’t have been the same price. While she did a good job. I was offended at the offering made while massaging was in session for more than just a massage. After the massage, (and I had enough cash on me for the chair massage I always had done before plus a solid 20% tip) she before even being paid strongly suggested I should tip very much because she did a good job. Personally, I was offended by this. Already felt forced to do a massage I didn’t prefer and now being asked for a tip amount (I would always tip in past whenever good and even when not the best). But her pressuring tactics, were not appreciated and the entire experience makes this business after more than 6 years a customer, a no return customer. I will not ever return.

Keep in mind that this massage is NOT like a fancy Swedish massage or Himalayan Salt Stone massage. No fancy aromatherapy stuff. Where I grew up, this is like an old school Chinese massage working with pressure points, getting the blood circulating, and firm, almost deep tissue massage so you do have to communicate if the touch is too deep. And the masseuse does get up on the table to get even pressure to the right areas, so don't freak out. I decided on a last minute massage because our event finished earlier than expected. They were one of the few places that had openings. I was a bit skeptical because the salon is not a "fancy" space but the masseuse (Lucy) was professional and got my knots undone, neck relaxed, and my back decompressed! My hamstrings are always very tight and she was able to get them loosened. I visit every few months and I'd go back again.

I got a very nice massage from Anna. She's friendly, attentive, and didn't short me on time. She actually went a bit over. She also didn't stop to answer her phone when it rang during my massage. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Really good strong massage at fair price. Got my gluteal area really well and my legs and back. Just ask for what you want and don’t be afraid to communicate. I wanted and ankle bolster and asked for one I wanted her to do more on my front so I pointed and rolled over a bit.

A really nice massage this afternoon at Meilan spa. My neck is so better after massage. Very nice therapist and quiet, comfortable atmosphere. received full 60 minutes massage. I will return.
