I’ve been seeing Emma at Meridian Ave Massage for multiple facials now and I can’t recommend her enough. We’ve been focusing on my scarring and I’ve noticed a significant improvement over time, which I’m so happy about. She’s extremely knowledgeable about all the products she uses and always takes the time to explain what they’re doing and why they work, which I really appreciate. She’s also great at tailoring each session to what I’m looking for and helps guide me toward the best treatments for my skin. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she creates such a relaxing experience—I always feel completely at ease during my appointments and leave feeling refreshed every time. The environment is calm, clean, and just overall a great place to unwind.

My first massage with Carrie was incredible. I had some targeted concerns and she has a refined intuition about how/where to address things. I don’t know how else to explain it other than she really knows what she is doing. I felt at ease, relaxed, and comfortable. Her technique was perfectly balanced. Very professional and kind. I’m really looking forward to coming back for more work.

Adam The massage therapist was really deep tissue, but since my massage I can really move very well. He did a really great job. Also the facial I had from Emma was amazing.

I originally found Meridian Ave Massage & Skin for a massage, and my experience there set the bar very high right away. My massage therapist, Adamm, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a knee injury and back/neck pain. He helped me pinpoint exactly what I had injured, educated me on stretches, and genuinely helped speed up my recovery. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and intentional he was. Because of that experience, I decided to try a facial. I’m 32, have two kids, and really wanted to do something just for me. I’ve only had one facial before (years ago, at a place I don’t even remember), so I was honestly overwhelmed trying to decide what to book. Emma made that part easy — she listened and recommended a Pumpkin Peel Facial, which ended up being perfect. Before my appointment, Emma asked for a list of all the skincare products I was currently using, how often I used them, and how I used them. She actually took notes. During the facial, she asked what my expectations were for product recommendations, and I told her I was only interested in what I truly needed. That alone felt like a huge green flag. The facial itself was incredible — so relaxing, but also very educational. Emma fully assessed my skin and explained everything she was doing and why. I also appreciated her knowledge for ALL skin types. She helped me understand what kind of routine would actually work for my skin, not just a generic plan. By the end of the appointment, there were so many green flags: • She asked what my expectations were before recommending anything • At checkout, she had my current product list in front of her and only recommended three products (plus one I personally wanted because it smelled amazing) • When I showed her a product I had forgotten to mention, she immediately removed one of her recommendations and said I didn’t need another moisturizer. She even told me my skin was in really good shape and that I didn’t need to come back for another facial anytime soon. That honesty meant everything. As someone who is not very educated on skincare, she easily could have oversold me or pushed frequent, expensive services, oversold me on products — and she didn’t. That level of integrity is rare. On top of that, she made me a custom skincare routine using the products I already owned, with clear instructions on when and how to use them. After my first visit, I personally went back for dermaplaning and an eyelash lift, and I loved both services just as much. At this point, I have told everyone about my experience and literally carry their cards with me to hand out to anyone who will listen. If you’re looking for a place that is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about your results — Meridian Ave Massage & Skin (and especially Emma and Addamm) is it! Looking forward to booking my next service!

My Friday afternoon was full of self care. A wonderful massage by Carrie and then a relaxing and educational facial by Emma. The moment I walked in the door I was relaxed. The atmosphere is perfect and the people are lovely. I highly recommend Carrie and Emma. I will be back!

I had the greatest experience at Meridian Ave Massage! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new massage place. I booked a last-minute appointment with Adamm and was so happy to get scheduled with him because he had good reviews. The reviews were on point! Adamm gave me a deep tissue massage. I have had extreme sciatica pain for the last two weeks. Adamm told me about other areas in my hip and leg that were tight, and he really helped relieve my pain. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for myself because I could feel an immediate tension release during my massage. I'm so happy I found this place. While it doesn't look like much on the outside, it's a cute little shop on the inside.

I came in today for a prenatal massage at 37 weeks pregnant and Adamm did the massage. He was amazing and very gentle while also making sure to target the areas that have really been bothering me. He was very on top of making sure me and my baby were both comfortable the entire time! This was my first time here, they got me in very last minute and took amazing care of me! The atmosphere was also so relaxing, from the outside it doesn’t look like much but when you walk in, it is so beautiful and calming! I will definitely be returning for all my future massages without a doubt!

Great place. Great massage. Meridian Ave Massage is awesome. They have done so much to accommodate dad and sisters while treating them for the car accident they were in. They know how to really help the healing process in the neck and back. The staff is accommodating, kind, respectful and honest. They communicate well and care about each of their patients/clients. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, honest and knowledgeable massage therapist. Liam

As a young adult stroke survivor, I struggle with chronic pain, spasticity, gait issues and more. Seeking to find relief from chronic pain, I’m open to trying different therapeutics such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and various massage techniques such as deep tissue, relaxation, and even cupping. During my first massage with Carrie, we discussed my journey to find relief. She did a little research and suggested we try Guasha tools. So our second massage together, she used Guasha tools. If you’re not familiar, I encourage you to Google it. Let me tell you as a stroke survivor, that was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had! It helped to break up the crunchiness in my neck and even release the tension in my left arm. As a result, the spasticity in my left hand is so much more relaxed. If you’re a stroke survivor too, or know anyone with chronic nerve pain, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing this kind of massage technique. I had a chiropractor appointment this morning and even she noticed how much my body responded in a positive way to the Guasha massage. Next we’ll try red light therapy (Google it). My sleep was so deep last night and I’m very relaxed today. Thank you Carrie!! Ps, I’ve also had massages with Adriana (cupping technique) and Adam. They are both wonderful too! You can’t go wrong with any of them. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked a same day appointment with Adamm. I’ve been having SI JOINT pain for couple days and could not get any relief! Other therapists, don’t know how to relieve the area involving deeper muscles. Adamm brought me relief down to 2/10 when I’ve been 7/10 for couple days. I appreciated the focused work on a very stubborn area. Wonderful skilled therapist! Booked my next 3! 🙏🏽
