Today was my first time having my massage done at Meridian Medical Massage. I am extremely impressed with their customer service with the ladies at the front desk and my massage therapist. I have been communicating with their staffs for about a week or so via (mostly) texts prior to going in. Making sure my paperwork and insurance are all inline without any issues. Communication is the key to earn my business and they have!! I wanted to say thanks to the owner(s) for having such a good team and treating me like I am valued and important to them. I know I am with good people and my health is being taken care of. I am so happy to pick this place for my massage needs. I normally don’t do reviews or surveys but they’ve earned my time and I am glad to refer everyone to this place. Not so much that I need to get in for my massage! Lol. Thank you.

I had my first visit yesterday with Lisa and I was going to visit a few more times before giving a review. However, I decided to say something now. I love this place! From the check-in to the wonderful smells in the front to the clean massage rooms. The ambience is amazing and it makes you feel relaxed. Lisa did an amazing job listening and massaging my aching areas. This is not the normal massage parlor. This is the real deal and I am so happy to partake in this endeavor.

Massage expertise has been very good so far. The staff has been attentive, courteous and professional. The price is good for the service, not all insurance taken here, but worth the cash price. Equipment and facilities are clean, modern, comfortable. The scheduling system and reminders are good, and useful. Revision to my early statement, noise nearby definitely not a cause by Meridian Medical Massage.

Medical Massage has a “cancellation” policy - if you don’t cancel within 24 hours you are penalized about $100. That’s the rule and you aren’t likely to be relieved. It’s totally understandable…it’s a business and their time should be respected. This business understands what it’s like for clients to ‘no show’, for the therapist to have “empty” time. They have gone so far as to put policies in place to deter this behavior and to recoup their financial loss. But Meridian Medical Massage does not have the same value and respect for their client’s time. On 10/20 I made an appointment for 11/11, via text message with the front desk. On 11/10, when I didn’t receive a reminder I contacted the front office who confirmed that I had no appointment. It was learned that the appointment was set in their system for 12/11, not 11/11. I rescheduled for 11/19 but it wasn’t with the therapist I originally scheduled with and I had to wait another 9 days. Mistakes happen but this was really inconvenient (my whole day was scheduled around this appointment), disappointing ( I waited 3 weeks from the time I booked). I asked for a discount/monetary compensation for the inconvenience of this mistake. I was politely told no…and given a list of other places I could take my business. The owner suggested that since I had always been treated nicely and this was the first time they messed up that I shouldn’t expect more. But here is the thing - Over the course of 4 years - I have always been nice to the staff too, I tip well and am very respectful of their time - never late to appointments, never a no show. The one time that I didn’t cancel an appointment within 24 hours… I was charged. Would it have hurt her bottom line to offer a 20% discount on the next massage? I doubt it. Rather than offering a small gesture to correct the situation she suggested I go elsewhere. The owner used very flowery wellness language- said she valued my business but her actions said she really didn’t need or care about my business…or my wellness. In the end, it wasn’t the original mistake that ended my relationship with this business it was the owner’s response. The arrogance was undeniable. She’s going to make money with or without my contribution…and she let me know it. There are some awesome therapists at this establishment. But I find it difficult to spend money with a business who’s words and actions are not aligned, who does not treat a clients time with the same value that they treat their own, and when they make a mistake - rather than adjusting for it will show you the way to the door.

This is my first month here but I am happy to say I am a client for life!!! This place has amazing massage every person here has been great! I've had massage 3 different providers and I can only brag about how great it is honestly! I refer a ton of people I come across and I highly suggest you give them a try!!! They take Kaiser!!!

I have been going to Meridian Medical Massage for a few years now and their attentiveness and willingness to serve has never wavered. Whether it’s a big smile from the front desk manager, a simple check-in from a therapist or the owner, Jessica, being present and appreciative of your support- the welcoming spirit never goes unnoticed! I have experienced all levels care with the amazing group of massage therapists and always walk out feeling on the road to recovery. Highly recommend Jessica and her team at Meridian Medical Massage!

I definitely recommend meridian medical massage, especially the massage therapist Desiree Grimes, she is totally professional and great at her job, shes very interpersonal! She’s a wonderful and very talented therapist and and a wonderful conversationalist. She’s attentive and very caring about her clients. And an advocate for us Disabled Veterans!!! The clinic has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The therapist and front desk lady are very charming, warm and welcoming. Thank you so much ladies🇺🇸

I want to give a big shout out to Jessica, the owner. I love when I see owners who truly care about their clients, which it is clear that she does. About a week ago, there was a miscommunication about scheduling me for a massage. Jessica immediately reached out to me personally and rectified the situation. She went above and beyond for me, even though I couldn’t take the appointment that she offered me due to an unfortunate food poisoning situation. She’s truly a wonderful person and business owner. I will continue to sing praise over her and her business. I also love that this is one of the only massage offices that isn’t booked out for months. I’ve been able to book within a week because she has so many therapists working for her. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this office!
