This one star isn't for the massage therapist. This is for Sierra who must be the office staff. I was in an Automobile accident in January. I've already done my physical therapy and I wanted to try massage therapy. I called up about three weeks ago and made an appointment which I waited for and my appointment was for tomorrow, June 30. I got a call from Sierra a couple of weeks ago telling me that the VA approved my referral and that the VA likes to have a few appointments set up at a time and I told her that I wasn't going through the VA. I told her that I was going through my PIP insurance. And she said she would take care of that. Fast-forward to one day before my appointment I got an email saying that I needed to fill out paperwork so I called her and she informed me that I just needed to make some initials when I got into my appointment tomorrow. I asked her why I didn't have Future appointment set up since the appointments are hard to come by and she told me that she offered me that when she called me about the VA and I told her that she absolutely did not mention anything about that and she kept arguing with me and telling me that she did and I told her that I was not gonna allow her to try to get me to admit to something that did not happen. The appointments should've been set up in advance from day one. From the first day, I made my appointment since it took me almost a month to get this appointment, but she absolutely only called me a couple of weeks ago about the VA and she was not a nice person about it. I told her we might as well before things went sideways, she asked me what days I have available and I said anytime but evenings and weekends and she only offered me another appointment for July 12 on a Sunday and otherwise they're about four weeks out again. It makes no sense to why I would've refused to set appointments in advance. Her attitude sucked. She was rude. I bet they don't record calls for quality assurance because she could've went back to the day. She spoke to me about the VA and could've heard that phone call that there was no offer of advanced appointments at that time. Never got to see the therapist, but I don't deal with rude people like that telling me something that didn't happen.

I've been going here for a couple of months now for chronic pain in my shoulder. After a few sessions, the pain that I had with almost every activity I do is gone. Jessica also has a way of finding spots that I didn't even know werw tense or sore. She's amazing and I highly recommend!!

I’ve been getting massages from Jessica for over a year now and I’ve got to say they have made some big changes in my life. I live with less pain and am physically able to do more outside of work. Jessica is skilled and knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you with whatever your body needs for that session. She somehow is able to find knots and sore spots that I didn’t even know were there. She has a good knowledge of how the body functions as a whole and is able to work not only on the spot where the aches and pains are but also the supporting muscles. I highly recommend her!!

I've been getting massaged by Jessica for close to a year now. She's hands-down the best deep tissue therapist I've ever been to. She has a way of going deep that doesn't leave you feeling bruised for days afterward. I love that she's good at focused work and will spend a lot of time on a problem area. I get 90 minutes of deep tissue therapy weekly, and I highly recommend you do the same!

I first started out with Jessica as a friend told me to go to her since I was having issues with my neck. I came into her office and it is very clean, spacious, relaxing feeling. She hit the knots in my neck and shoulder, and she found even more. It was the best pain I have felt because after my massage I had the ability to move my neck! From that day on, I was hooked! I go as much as possible and I love everything about Jessica and her services! Plus if you want some funny stories, she has some good ones 😀

Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! She is so calming, and gives a 5 star experience for a very affordable price! I would recommend her to absolutely everyone if you’re looking for a relaxing experience and some pain relief! 100/100
