Got a couple’s massage and definitely was not worth $198. They were very nice at first, but the massage was just painful even after we told them they were applying too much pressure. We did not feel relaxed at all and the first 30 or 40 minutes, it was mostly pain. Also, we were very generous with our tip but they didn’t seem satisfied and we felt very forced.

I would give more stars if I could! I booked an infrared sauna session here on a whim and was able to find a same day appointment. I was greeted immediately, given sandals to wear for my stay, and shown how the room works. It’s a large private room with its own bathroom, massive shower with a rain head, chairs, and the sauna. Since it was a private room, I really got to relax and take my time. I felt very relaxed and was impressed by how clean and well-stocked the room was with towels, water, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and more. The sauna itself was so soothing. I went for 45 mins at 130 degrees (F). You can play music if you’d like. My favorite part was the mat with towels on top & a headrest - super comfy. Prices were reasonable, parking was great. I’ll be back!

This is an AMAZING place to go for a spa, sauna, massage, self care, etc. Much cheaper than in the city. It’s bigger and better in terms of experience and quality. And the folks running this place are amazingly nice and courteous. They have great packages available for returning customers and this was absolutely a 10/10 experience. We bought a 4 package set!! Can’t wait to come back :)

Excellent spa! The therapist studied in China and in the US. She's very professional, and the deep tissue massage was excellent. I went in with a headache and left without one! I highly recommend!

Just had the most incredible spa experience Today! The sauna, body scrub, and hydro massage session was pure bliss. The body scrub left my skin feeling incredibly smooth and rejuvenated(didn't think my skin could be this smooth omg) . Yan, the massage therapist, has an exceptional talent and communicates with me a lot on what she's doing. Her technique was on point and she knows exactly how to relieve tension in my neck/shoulder muscles. I felt totally relaxed and pampered throughout the session. Will def come again!

I’m usually very picky about massage therapists, and finding a good one is incredibly difficult. Most spa therapists make you feel relaxed but rarely manage to truly alleviate the pain in your neck, shoulders, and back. The owner of My Spa has excellent techniques and is very personable. I now go once a week, and every session helps relieve the soreness in my neck.

Had a couple's massage. My husband said, his was just okay. Mine definitely wasn't! My massage therapist kept getting interrupted. First, had to ask Alexa to play music, next her phone went off and it was loud, next she had to step out and take a call, after that it was small stops here and there, felt like she kept checking her phone. Also, consider this is a massage place, you shouldn't be wearing loud heels unless the floor was carpeted. Massage was no flow at all, like it's not even/balance from left to right.

Lovely owner, clean spaces, and warm massage table. Masseuse was efficient and listened to my needs. The experience felt more productive than relaxing but overall satisfied with the experience. Adding some ambiant music would be beneficial to the overall experience

My Spa is a hidden gem! I am thankful I came across it and have been a regular for years now. The massages are top grade ! And then add The rooms are way above the standard for independently owned day spas . Rooms have Own bathrooms, saunas , showers and nicely decorated creating the perfect environment . ! Friendly staff and reasonable prices . I am a spa regular and My Spa is by far my top choice . I recommend giving it a try and support locally owned independent businesses. You won’t regret it 😊
