Navdeep is hands down the best massage in town, my shoulder has been bothering me for several days now. I just finished a session with him and feeling much better. Just the right amount of pressure in the right spots. Navdeep is very knowledgeable and fantastic person. Highly recommended!

Visiting for work and man I would consider moving here just for Navdeep, you locals don't know how good you have it. I don't know what kind of sorcery he uses but it's amazing. Well ok it's his in depth knowledge of anatomy, attentiveness, and attention to detail. Definitely the best massage I've ever had, I don't remember ever feeling this relaxed after one before. He easily pin points problem areas and works on them so expertly, even finding places *I* wasn't even aware were tight? I've had shoulder knots for years and they've never felt so good. He is a gem, I don't understand how I was able to book with him so easy his schedule should be packed with the quality of service he offers. Also how can you not love his business name 😂

Navdeep has exceeded expectations for his massage services. He is able to fit me in last minute when in need, sends professional confirmations for appointments and adheres to COVID-19 safety protocols. His massage therapy combines stretching, pressure point work, hot stone therapy and he is even able to fit in hot towel and aromatherapy to ensure a relaxing experience while not compromising a highly engaged massage therapy session. I never pre-book massages due to a busy schedule but after just one session I felt such a significant difference in my neck, back and hip pain that I always pre-book now. I feel comfortable and well-cared for and for the first time like I might be able to go back to physical activities without limitations and pain. Highly recommended!

I received a session with Navdeep as a holiday present and so happy I did. What a way to start of the New Year! Had my massage today and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Just the right pressure in all the right places. Great ambiance and clean facility. Wish it was longer, but will definitely be back for more!

I've had a series of sessions with Navdeep for back and shoulder pain and am always feeling a lot better after. He finds and focuses on your areas of need and is able to relieve a lot of pressure. I particularly appreciate his advice on areas where I was tight or weak and how I could strengthen those to avoid recurring issues. All the little touches such as heat packs and hot towels also make it a very relaxing experience.

I don't normally get massages but when I started having back spasms and muscle cramping in the middle of the night I was in desperate need to get some relief. NavDeep was able to identify and break up all the knots in my back. Not only did he give me relief from my back spasms he was also very helpful in identifying the reason why I was having nightly back spasms in the first place. I would highly recommend NavDeep to anyone looking for someone very good.

I always look forward to my appointments with Navdeep. He’s sensitive, professional and very accommodating, even if you book at the last minute. His studio is convenient, spotless and peaceful. Navdeep is the real deal if you’re looking for deep tissue work. I haven’t found anyone better to conquer the tensions that work, exercise and life leave in my body. Be prepared to surrender to a little discomfort as he does his deepest work. It’s worth it when you wake up the next day feeling flexible and renewed! If you prefer a more relaxing massage, Navdeep is also talented at Swedish technique and will shift in that direction anytime you ask. He often integrates stretching to deal with areas that cause imbalance or overreliance on certain muscles. You’ll be surprised at how many caring extra touches he brings to the session – warm towels, hot stones and scented oils usually make an appearance. I'm grateful to have Navdeep as part of my personal health routine.

Navdeep did one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Was truly thankful to have had his service today. The applied pressure was just perfect. I loved the heat oil and heat rags placed on me. All around it was a must! Navdeep was very polite and great customer service. Overall easy 5 star.
