Horrible massage parlor, seems very dirty and they expect you to pay before you have even been given any services. That is insanity imagine you go to the grocery store and they say you need to pay at the door before you even get anything. Def will never be returning. The owner has a very bad attitude as well just reading some of the responses and how they address concerns of paying customers. I NEVER SAID I GOT MY MASSAGE TODAY. So try again. It was at your location, nirvana massage in fife. Just to let you know the way you responded to this is EXACTLY what I’m explaining in my review. So thank you for showing everyone your horrible attitude the review will stay up.

Wonderful Experience at Nirvana Massage with Traci. I recently had a massage at Nirvana Massage, I must say, it was truly transformative. I was greeted with a serene ambiance and a warm welcome. Traci, my therapist, was exceptional. Her expertise and professionalism were evident from the start, she took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Throughout the session, Traci’s skilled hands worked wonders. My hip has been bothering me for weeks. It feels much better today as do I overall. I left Nirvana Massage feeling rejuvenated with sense of balance and well-being. I highly recommend both Nirvana Massage and Traci to anyone in search of a wonderful massage experience.

Came in for an evening couples massage at the last minute, and it was exactly what we needed. We could feel months of stress and tension melting away just like that. The atmosphere was very nice and Lulu and Tracy did a wonderful job helping us heal. Very glad we were able to come visit here.

This place is a scam, the lady told me I need to pay upfront before even getting my massage. I have never paid for a service I have not even yet received at any at any massage place ever. They probably do that so they can short you on time and give you less than what you already paid for. Such a scam would not go here RESPONSE: yeah I did go to a different massage parlor and they treated me with respect and did not expect me to pay upfront. Thank you for the advice but when I walked out due to your policy I told the lady at the desk I prefer to spend my money elsewhere. As the owner maybe your snarky attitude is why your business is failing and you’re losing customers. You should really take a customer service class because your attitude needs serious help. Your words in responses to honest reviews shows a lot about yourself and your business.

This place forced a tip on top of the advertised prices. Very scandalous, definitely avoid! Massage was weak!

I've been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. Lulu is very professional but also very personal, kind, and funny. For those complaining about upselling and tips, keep in mind she has a business to run, and you have the right to say no if you don't want to purchase more. As for tipping, it is always polite to tip well as massage therapists provide a more difficult and personal service than a waitor.

This place is great! I had one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting massages for 20+ years now. I had a deep tissue massage that amazing. Lulu hit all those trouble spots I have and was able to work them out. The pressure was excellent and she would ask several times throughout the massage to ensure it was good. They listen to your needs and will ensure you are comfortable. The place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Lulu was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Nirvana and will be returning myself along with my wife.

I have had several massages from the women that run Nirvana Asain Massage and they are very good massage providers. Lulu is my favorite masseur and she does a fine job. She has great massage skills and I hope to see her again soon.

Went here to kill some time and the woman here was very rude. Demanding more tip after I gave her 20%. The massage was not very good and I tipped her better than she deserved. $70 for 30 minutes is already excessive pricing for what they offer.

Left so relaxed and feeling great. Took time to work out all my knots and checked in throughout to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. Would recommend and come back.
