I’ve been coming here for a little over a year, and over time I’ve begun to lose interest due to ongoing uncomfortable experiences at the front desk. The woman at the front consistently pressures for higher tips and has overcharged us for services on multiple occasions. For example, a couples massage is advertised as being cheaper than two individual massages, yet we are repeatedly upcharged an additional $10–$15. In addition, even when we leave a generous tip (typically 18–20%), she will comment with “maybe more?” which feels inappropriate and uncomfortable. Tipping should always be optional and based on the quality of service. While I am someone who tips well, I don’t feel customers should be pressured or made to feel obligated to increase their tip. These interactions have made the overall experience unpleasant and have ultimately led me to stop coming.

Okay, please read the other reviews— basically, they are excellent with their massages, but when it comes to paying, their price list is a little bit deceptive. Today I asked for the combo massage (foot and back) for $55 and after getting the foot massage they told me I would have to pay more for the back massage, plus they didn’t do the foot massage for a full 30 minutes. So I just paid for the foot massage which they completed, then told them i don’t want the back massage and left. Like the other Google review says— it’s about principle. I think they should be transparent with pricing. Bait and switch is a sure way to lose customers 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would come here every other day if I could. I have nerve damage in both wrists and hands, and I walk out of here feeling like a million bucks each time. Hand massage, coupled massage, extremely satisfied with the services I have experienced here.

There service are overall are very bad stuff no speak English so it’s hard to understand each other and the lady doing the massage she unprofessional so I recommended people to not go there.

Called and asked if they do deep tissue massage. Over the phone they told me yes, and agree to $60. Got there , the lady kept pushing against my bones and I felt very uncomfortable and kept stopping her, on top of that she kept coughing over me. She said $1 per min. After being done she charged me $70 +2 to use my card? I questioned why $70 she that is how much she told me on the phone . I said no that was no what she told me . Then she argued for tip. Why give you you tip when you robbed me for $10 more and asking for tip? I don’t suggest and I don’t think their staff is knowledgeable of which area to target!

Clean, serene, professional atmosphere. I've been getting massages here for 3 years sometimes just for tension but sometimes for lower back and sciatica issues and always feel so much better afterward. The price is so reasonable too. I give it 5 stars.

These people are con-artist and you won't be able to relax here. They will leave you in the middle of your massage to go take care of someone else. Once you reach 5 massages, they promise to give you a free massage of your choice 60 minutes or 90 minutes. But in reality, they will give you a 30 dollar gift card 😂. This place is a joke. …

The worst massage I had in my life. I am not sure how they are in business. The lady was yawning, looking at the clock and even coughed on me. I had to stop before my time was up because I just could not take it anymore. The lady at the front desk said the person doing the massage was new but that is not any excuse to give a massage that felt like lotion being rubbed all over while they pressed their whole body weight down on my body. Horrible service. Never going back there ever again and I would suggest others to stay far away from this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this massage place. When we arrived, no one clearly explained the different packages or asked which service we wanted. Because of that, we ended up being charged $122 for something I never agreed to. On top of that, when the payment was processed, the staff declined the tip option without asking and then got upset with us, which felt extremely unprofessional. The whole situation was uncomfortable and frustrating, and it definitely didn’t feel like good customer service. I left feeling unhappy and taken advantage of, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Fyi there massage feels like your jus getting squeezed with lotion waste of money.
