I had a mixed but ultimately disappointing experience at PINN. My first physical therapist, Brian, was knowledgeable and helped me make real progress. I reached a point where I could remove my knee brace and begin feeling more comfortable and confident using my knee. Everything changed when I was transferred to the other side of the facility. Instead of continuing to focus on my knee and leg strength, the sessions became general full-body workouts. I have had six surgeries, including three spine surgeries, right foot surgery, shoulder surgery, and a total left knee replacement. Four of those surgeries required physical therapy. In my previous experiences, therapy focused on the injured area. At PINN, that was not the case. My knee was still weak and would occasionally lock, so I expected rebuilding my leg strength to be the main focus. Instead, I spent most of my sessions doing general exercises that did very little for my knee. I sometimes had to ask to work on my legs, or I would be directed to do things such as repeated bicep curls. I could not understand why I was spending so much time working my arms and shoulders when I was there for knee rehabilitation. After some sessions, my knee felt unstable enough that I put my brace back on when I got home. I was also expected to attend sessions starting at two hours and eventually progressing to eight hours. Every Friday, part of that scheduled time was spent sitting in a classroom for an hour. One of those classes covered wound dressing, which had nothing to do with treating my knee or preparing me to return to trucking. From my perspective, it felt like filler used to take up an hour rather than meaningful rehabilitation. I am 60 years old with an extensive surgical history, and I explained several times that there were certain exercises I could not safely perform. I did not feel that those concerns were being taken seriously. There was very little one-on-one treatment. It felt more like group conditioning than individualized physical therapy, with most people appearing to do many of the same exercises regardless of their injury. Staff members spent much of the time at rolling tables looking at their laptops. I received direct attention on the first day, but after that, there was very little daily instruction, evaluation, or adjustment to my treatment. The final incident happened after I completed a three-hour Monday session and was visibly frustrated. When I reached for my folder, Vicky dropped it on the table instead of handing it to me. Given everything that had already happened, it felt dismissive and disrespectful. That was enough for me. I contacted my doctor, received a referral to another physical therapy provider, and did not return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend PINN to someone who needs focused rehabilitation for a specific injury. I needed therapy designed to strengthen my leg and support my knee—not a general workout program with limited personal direction.

Their facility is one of the largest and most well-equipped in the region, and the programming reflects real expertise in occupational rehabilitation. If you're looking for a functional restoration program that actually delivers results, this is it.

Such a great place! This was my first time going to PT, and Bri and Serena were incredible! I mostly worked with Bri, and she not only helped me fix my shoulder but she was also great to talk to! They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable at PINN, and it made me a bit sad to say goodbye to such a great group! BUT I have never felt stronger or more comfortable in my own skin, so THANK YOU Bri and Serena!

I have worked with James and Serena at PINN and I can't say enough good things about them. They are very kind and understanding, and although my healing has been slow going, all the progess I've made is thanks to them!

After no real results from my previous Physical Therapist, i started to lose hope on any real progress with the pain in my knee. Just after the first two sessions with PINN i feel like i am getting some results, even if its just minimal for now its only been 2 sessions. Looking forward to a pain free life!!!

I haven’t seen the paperwork on my claim yet but talked my physical capacity exam over with my doctor today. PINN was very fair and honest Patrick the occupational therapist is really good to work with. Just a special thank you for being honest and fair ! 5 stars no less

I was injured on the job and was losing hope of ever getting better until I went to PINN. PINN is a great source of knowledge and encouragement for injured employees. The entire staff was there to support me to get back to work and life. I will be forever grateful!
