Really great first experience! They were really busy and found time to get us in for 3 diff services. All around friendly and nice staff. We all left super happy and the nail art the guy did on my daughter’s acrylics were so talented. Left impressed. We will be back!

Just went here for a pedicure and a gel mani! The people working here are SO nice and it was such a nice massage. I loved it! Brought my sister and mother in law back later in the day because it was so great. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m visiting Lake Chelan!

I walked in for a pedicure and was taken care of immediately. Anna was my technician and she did a great job. She was very skilled, detailed and carefully clipped, trimmed my nails. Like a fine artist. She proceeded to work on my feet and legs with the massage of gel or whatever it is. For almost 40 minutes it was relaxing and calm. I feel so much better on my feet now. I've now been here on n 4 different occasions and Anna has always been my pedicure technician. She always remembers me. Probably because I'm the only man that comes in here with my size 12 feet. I highly recommend this place.

I walked in and they took be right away. They got to putting the tips on very quickly without prepping my nails or doing cuticle work. They did my nails so fast witch was nice but it take time to get things to looks nice. I got french tips, they did a good job but they looked a bit sloppy when I left. They only last 3 weeks and lift after 1 week.

Have been going to Pinky for a while with a friend. I kept putting up with the deteriorating service but this time was the worst and I’ll never go back. The guy who did my pedicure is always a jerk and this time was no different. And they insisted on gel when I just wanted regular polish. I noticed before I got out of the chair that he forgot to put the top coat on my left foot he just ignored me. I had to do it when I got home and by that night the polish had chipped off my big toe! And their price for a pedicure has skyrocketed! For the crap service it should be free. Don’t go here. There are other options in Chelan and Omak.

I went to Pinky’s for a gel pedicure. They did a great job! I thought they had a great selection of colors and my toes look fabulous. My favorite part was the foot and lower leg massage. So good! Pinky’s isn’t fancy, but it’s a family business and the people are great. I will keep going back.

This was absolutely horrific. The moment I walked in it smelled so bad I immediately got a migraine there was also a kid in there and he was on a trash can and he fell on his face. From what I saw when they moved from person to person they didn’t wash the bowls my feet were in. There were toe nail clippings in the bowl…. One of my friends that was with me asked for purple and they gave her white she was very mad and one of the workers was mean and one of them was very very kind. I’m sorry to say this but I will never be coming Back here this place sucks I almost passed out.

Bigger salon than expected. They were very busy and worked quickly/efficiently, but the massage part of my pedicure was still amazing!!! So it was the perfect combo for me, quick trip, but full massage! Also, lots of team work, one person prepped my toes, another painted and massaged, and the last did the top coat. Lots of colors to choose from. I’d come back again.

The first day my nail broke the for a week after the paint and 2 more nails broke after and they started to crack and peel after 2 daysThe guy who did my nails didnt cure them long enough or put enough coats on them. I was also charged $10. More then other places I habe been. This place has been closed for the past week so I cant even get them fixed.
