I thoroughly enjoyed my massage therapy session with Leia. She addressed my concerns artfully and respected my boundaries. She took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of the session and really delivered. I'll be going back! Try to catch the late afternoon light if you can.

I have never been to a massage therapist where I felt so seen and safe. I've been dealing with some intense physical pain from bad PTSD and Leia created such a healing space where she helped ease my pain but not push me too much because she knew it was a place where significant trauma was experienced. She even noticed when my breathing was showing signs of stress and I was needing a break. Leia was absolutely phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend her, I cannot wait for our next session.

Leia is an absolute wonder! I had been looking for a massage therapist who specializes in TMJ and lymphatic drainage as I’ve had a lot of dental work over the past year, and I feel so lucky to have found her. In the past, I’ve left so many massages feeling frustrated that the areas I needed help with were largely missed or I felt like it was just elbows digging into my knots, which didn’t help with any long term relief. But this is not the case here with Leia. She is incredible at reading the body and finding the right target areas to focus on, and nothing feels forced or painful. She communicates with you throughout the session, asking questions to make sure that the amount of pressure is comfortable for you, and confirms if the spot she’s on feels right. This is what a true healing massage is supposed to be! She even teaches you things that you can do on yourself at home in between sessions. I am so excited to have such a wonderful massage practitioner local to me.

I would like to start this review by mentioning that I am a family physician with extensive knowledge in soft tissue injury. Last year, I suffered an injury to my thigh which required multiple surgeries and eventual skin grafting. I sought expertise in massage body work with a professional that has knowledge in scar remodeling, lymphatic drainage and graft healing. I am so grateful that I have found Leia Davis, licensed massage therapist, who has done tremendous work mobilizing my graft scar tissue and stimulated lymph drainage which has increased my range of motion and diminished pain. Leia truly has gifted hands which seem to find the troublesome areas quite easily. She is also knowledgeable in anatomy and kinesiology, and speaks the language of sports medicine very well. She developed a home stretching and self massage plan specifically for my injury, which has accentuated the healing process. In summary, I would highly recommend her for both relaxation and soft tissue injury rehabilitation. Her knowledge and hand work are unsurpassed.

In keeping with my mother’s history of maintaining excellent health through regular lymphatic drainage I am able to continue our family history by taking advantage of Leia’s (rare) interest in lymphatic knowledge. Leia is just amazing! Since getting out of my surgery, I've had a horrible time with healing and not being able to move as much to do daily tasks but Leia was very attentive and helped me gained my mobility back! She was also able to help me let go of my anxiety and stress from my slow healing (which wasn't slow as she explained how my body needed time to adjust and I'll be okay soon!) So so happy I found her - thanks Leia!!

Leia Davis is a gifted Massage Therapist. I was referred to her by my Chiropractor. I have been doctoring for awhile without success only frustration. Leia assessed me more thoroughly than any other professional. She is knowledgeable, an amazing listener, empathetic, respectful and a intuitive masseuse. She has given me hope and results. I am currently needing a walking cane, each step is painful. All of my nights have been sleepless because of pain but after my last visit with Leia I slept all night, such a gift. I consider her a lovely serendipity during this difficult time. I have had massages before which have been very good but I feel and felt pretty much immediately that I was where I belong. I highly recommend Leia.
