I got a massage here from an old lady who was clearly not licensed. I now have a lot of upper back pain I’ve never had before. She was coughing in the room and in her hand constantly. It wasn’t relaxing and I almost left early multiple times but stayed since it was paid for. It was not relaxing at all. I have gotten hundreds of massages in my life and this one was by FAR THE WORST. I still have large red marks on my back from it. And then at the end when I was walking out the lady rudely said “no tip? No tip?” Like obviously no.

Very polite staff and the place is very clean/smells nice. Decent to mediocre massage, got a little bruised on my neck after I asked to stop. Price for 1 hour is supposed to be $65, I handed the cashier $70 but she did not offer the $5 back as change, so I had to ask for it. At the end when walking out she asked for a tip, I handed her a twenty and she said thank you but again didn’t offer my change. I had to ask again for $10 back. I would normally tip more but the experience did not leave me feeling very generous. She was polite, but I had to ask several times. I understand times are tight and everyone is feeling the squeeze but this doesn’t build trust for your customers. I probably would have come back again but be more specific about what I want, but not anymore.
