I came back for another session with Tao on 7/12, after seeing him on 7/5, and both experiences were just as great. I went in the morning on both visits, and there was no wait since Tao was available.
What made my most recent visit even better was how peaceful the spa wasβthere were only two clients, including me. The temperature inside was noticeably cooler than during my previous appointments, and the massage spot in the middle seems to have the best air circulation, making it much more comfortable. I hope Nina (the manager) or the staff who sees me there weekly will remember to put me in that section if available.
Between the cool, relaxing environment and Taoβs consistently perfect pressure, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep for a whileβwhich, to me, is the best compliment a massage therapist can receive.
Thank you again, Tao, at the Bothell branch, for another excellent massage. Iβll definitely be back!
Thank you for updating the massage therapists photos!

I had another massage session today, 6/27 with Tao since David was not available. I really appreciated the spot they placed me in this timeβthe airflow was much better, and I didnβt have any trouble breathing. Because of that, I was able to fully relax and enjoy my massage experience.
Tao did a great job again and provided the exact pressure I prefer. His technique and attention to my comfort made the session very enjoyable.
Before I paid, the manager Nina approached me and sincerely apologized for my previous experience regarding the air quality in the facility. I truly appreciate that she acknowledged my feedback and took the time to address it. It made me feel valued as a client.
Iβve been coming to this Relaxing Station location in Bothell and will continue to do so as long as Iβm in the area. I appreciate their effort to listen, improve, and take care of their clients. I still would like to push them to update the photos and/or names of their massage therapists on the monitor for familiarity and security reasons.

I worked overseas for 6 months and just got back to Seattle last month β and one of the first things I did was come back to The Relaxing Station for a massage.
I was a little sad to find out that some of the therapists I used to go to are no longer at this location: Mark, Andy, Peter, Owen, and even Tun (the shorter guy with glasseswho was always so warm and welcoming but I never had a massage with him). He always made sure to greet and acknowledge me whenever I visited, which was something I appreciated.
Thankfully, David (the tall guy) is still here! It was great to see a familiar face. He has always been one of my go-to therapists since β he understands the pressure I need and consistently delivers a great massage.
Today, I came back again and David wasnβt available, so I tried Tao (I believe that was his name). He did a good job and I enjoyed the session. One thing I noticed though β the therapist photos and names displayed on the monitor seem outdated. I think keeping those updated would be helpful not only for security reasons but also for regular clients who come back and want to recognize their preferred therapists.
One area that could use improvement is the air circulation. Since summer is here, the room felt quite warm, and during the later part of my massage, I found it a little difficult to breathe comfortably.
Overall, Iβm still happy to come back to The Relaxing Station. I appreciate the therapists who have taken care of me over the years and hope the facility continues improving so returning clients can continue having a great experience.
The rating is for the poor air circulation I experienced today.
