Ridgefield Massage is fantastic! I love how easy it is to book online, and being able to choose your massage therapist is a huge plus. I’ve been twice now, and both Katie and Zoe were excellent. Zoe was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, checking in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was just right and making sure to work on high stress areas. Kate started the session with a relaxing essential oil treatment, which was a really nice touch and set the tone for a great experience. I highly recommend Ridgefield Massage and will definitely be back!

Update: The owner reached out to clarify the miscommunication and is working with me to get this resolved through my insurance. Appreciate the follow up! Went here recently after my wife recommended them, and overall I had a good experience. Joey did an excellent job—honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. It really helped relieve the neck and upper back discomfort I’d been dealing with. The part that left me feeling a bit mixed was around the insurance process. Prior to my visit, my wife had Mary take a look at my insurance card (Blue Cross Blue Shield) to check coverage. She was told they do accept it, but they weren’t sure if my copay would be $15 or $30. They took her number and said they’d follow up once they confirmed. I went ahead and booked anyway since I was fine paying up to $30. However, after the massage I was told that because my plan is technically through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee (even though I work locally), I would need to pay the full $150 upfront. I was told that if the claim goes through, I could work with the owner on a credit or possible refund. I’ve never had issues using my insurance locally before, so this was unexpected—especially since we were initially told it would be accepted. The massage itself was great, but the lack of clarity around insurance made the overall experience feel a little uncertain.

I cannot say enough good things about Payton at Richfield Massage! For years, I had an incredible massage therapist that I absolutely loved, and when she retired, I honestly didn't think I'd ever find someone who could compare. I've tried many massage therapists since then, but none of them quite measured up—until Payton. From the moment she started, I knew she was something special. Her technique, attention to detail, and ability to find exactly what your body needs are truly amazing. She creates such a relaxing experience that today I actually fell asleep during my massage! When it was over, I was so relaxed that I practically stumbled out to my car in the best way possible. Payton has officially become my forever go-to massage therapist. If you're looking for someone who is incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely gifted at what she does, stop searching and book with Payton. Your body will thank you!

Had an amazing massage Sunday at their new location with Kate. One of THE BEST I have had!! I am 7 weeks postpartum and she helped create a perfect balance of relaxation and getting in there to relieve some tension from lugging around a new bundle of joy. Love that they are open after work during the week and weekends so my husband could watch the baby while I relaxed. She also mentioned they take insurance so will be looking into that to see if my insurance covers. Will DEFINITELY be booking again!!

Staying in Kalama for the week and found this place on Google, it's only 20 minutes away. So glad I made the appointment! Payton is truly amazing! Her technique and knowledge is so on point. She communicates throughout to make sure you are getting the best session possible. I wish I lived closer because I would be returning on a monthly basis. #kalamamassage #ridgefieldmassage

I very much enjoyed my massage today with Kate. I never knew that tight spots could be worked out without a ton of pain! Kate knows how (and I've been to so many massage therapists over the years!). She is friendly, skilled and down to earth. The practice itself is lovely. I will return.

I thought about not leaving a review (if everyone finds out how good this place is) because this place and persons (Kate) was amazing, outstanding and way above a basic massage therapy. Kate has the same knowledge of how the muscles in the body work as a medical doctor, both Kate and this business are worth every penny! Relaxing, professional, Advance knowledge of the human body, kind, and a good human with a kind heart is why I will always try to go back to book with Kate, I assume with a massage that amazing they would be booked up! Thank you for restoring my faith in finding a person and business that there are professional services this far away from Seattle

I visit almost weekly and see both Ashley and Kate. Both amazing! The therapists are through in their intakes and really listen to what your problem areas are, what kind of pressure you need, etc. They accept my insurance which is also nice. Highly recommend!

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and got a prenatal massage, I wish I had started doing it earlier!! It was just what I needed to get through these next few weeks. Lindsay did an amazing job effectively working on some of my problem areas without putting me in any discomfort. I highly recommend to the other mommas-to-be, to treat yourself and give the lovely lady’s at Ridgefield Massage a call!
