I have been going to Rose Spa for a couple years now and they always give the best massages, perfect blend of deep tissue and relaxing. The prices are reasonable and they are always so kind. I had a massage with Iris today and she found all my tight trouble areas, and made sure to put extra time where needed. One of the best massages today!!

I’ve given this place a chance, more times than I should. Tonight was the last straw. To try and make a weird, long story short; I asked for an hour massage and she asked if she could bring In her “brother” to help - I assumed she needed to have him help because I asked for deep tissue…anyways, to my surprise, she and her “brother” both ended up working on me at the same time and then when the massage was over I realized it had only been 30 minutes. So, after walking out to the lobby, I questioned her and she explained via trans app that an hour long “4 hand massage” is 30 minutes and that their friends had stopped by and they want to leave early to go to dinner. Wow. So, I called the owner and explained the situation and told her I did not understand why that wasn’t explained or why “4 hand” wasn’t on their menu and that I would be paying for a 1/2 only-she was agreeable to that. That wasn’t the first time that establishment has ripped my massage time off. Very unprofessional, never going back. Unbelievable.

I have been going to Rose Spa monthly for the past 1.5 years for a deep tissue massage, and also to help relieve extreme muscle tension in my neck and shoulders caused by cervical dystonia. The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist Liya is incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand how the cervical dystonia is impacting my muscles, and taking the time to really focus on those problem areas. The massage itself is always perfect — the right balance between relaxing and therapeutic. I could literally feel the tension melting away, and I always leave feeling refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. The essential oils and soothing background music adds a wonderful touch to the whole experience. Rose Spa recently set up a foot massage area. I decided to give it a try since I have never had one. Tom provided the foot and lower leg massage and it was amazing. I highly recommend you see Tom after your massage, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Rose Spa to anyone looking to unwind or relieve muscle tension. I’ll definitely continue my monthly treatments here Thank you Liya, and everyone providing massage therapy at Rose Spa. James

Inconsistent. My knees hurt so bad every time I leave here because they don’t put anything under your ankles to support your knees and lower back. Then I found out a friend who comes here they do put a pillow under their ankles but have I have NEVER received this accommodation. Won’t be returning.

Clean and super friendly! This is by far the best massage I’ve ever had even over bougie spas like Jeanne Juarez, and similar. Truly full body massage $60 cash or 68 with card. Tina was amazing and I am definitely coming back. She massaged everywhere and was very professional. She only talked when she Was asking how I was doing. And let me relax and fall asleep if I wanted to. She even stretched me and I really liked that.

Fantastic massage! But there was a problem. After a wonderful 90 minute massage I went to pay for the $90. Massage expecting to tip 20 dollars. I asked for 10 dollars back leaving a 20 tip and they scoffed at me nearly refusing to give me the 10 dollars back so I told them to keep it after they said (This is it!) I usually tip around 20 percent sometimes more but I have never seen anyplace so rude where they expected a larger tip than what was given. I will never go back there. If they want more money they should charge higher prices and not leave their customers feeling embarrassed or just ripped off by jabbing them for more money. Have you ever been to a restaurant where the waitress questioned your tip and said ( This is all the tip I get?) Very unprofessional!

I called a day ahead to make a reservation for my wife & I and had no issues getting a spot. We arrived on time and they were ready for us. They even remembered the occasion (birthday gift). With a reservation, you can get into a private room quickly. Unless you're a regular, you may want to ask a few questions; like how much clothing to remove (you'll get down to your undies)? What does it cost per massage session (we missed the price list at the entrance)? How long is the massage(also on the pricelist)? Etc. The ladies that took care of us (we had separate massage rooms) were very friendly? The atmosphere was very soothing; mostly quiet, room temp was just right (warm, but not hot), soothing music in the background, dim lighting, and massage bed was also heated. The massage itself was amazing. I've had massages before where I needed a day to recoup. Rose Spa massage was firm but gentle, and they got just about every necessary part on the body (backside only). I highly recommend this business, and I'm sure we'll be back soon. Thank you, Rose Spa, for giving us a great massage experience.

This is my first time at this place. I called and was able to get an appointment in short order. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by my massage gal, Yoyo. She asked me what pressure I wanted and was able to adjust as needed. I did the 1/2 hour body/half hour foot massage. The room was comfortable, private and the table was heated which was very nice. Yoyo has been in the US for 8 years so her communication was better than many I have hired in the past. Not perfect by any means but we could talk a bit. I will definitely be back.

Had a 1 hour massage here today after suffering with neck and back pain all week. They called me back after I scheduled the appt and asked if I could arrive a little early in which I agreed. Unfortunately traffic took me longer than expected so I ended up later than the time I was originally scheduled for. They didn’t say a word and saw me anyways. The massage was great and very through. I left feeling much better. I left a generous tip to thank them. Although I did ask over the phone to add cupping to my massage and they did not. Possibly because I was a little late to my appt or they just forgot. Aside from that I will be back.

I have been going here for over a year and I see the same gal every time and I LOVE her! She gives the best massage I have ever had! I even fell asleep one time it was so good! They have a new gal in there now and every time I call and ask to make an appointment with my regular gal ( YouYo) she tells me she is there and I can come in. Well 3 times now I make the appointment and when I get there she tells me YouYo is not there! This is such bad business and I am extremely disappointed. I now have to find a new place to go which is unfortunate because their beds are so comfy and I loved YouYo! Sadly she probably has no idea this is happening. I wish I could call her and tell her. I was a once a month client too.
