I received my first massage from Mia at Salt and Sea Spa, and it didn't disappoint. My lower back felt amazing with just the first visit. Mia is very well educated involving the muscles and how they work. The office environment was relaxing and you feel at ease with body and conversations. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to future visits. Thank you Mia.

100 precent 5 STAR!! Mia is professional, her environment is inviting. She is so knowledgeable in her specialty and career. She knows how to address issues you have been struggling with, if she doesn't have the answer to find you healing and relief. She is diligent in finding a way. Even trouble shooting things in your lifestyle that might be causing you the issues in the first place. She has helped me immensely in my upper back/ neck issues . When i was losing hope for finding relief. Mia has been a blessing to cross paths with.

Does great work. Reduced my pain in just one sesson. Highly recommend. Its been a few weeks going here and I just had to add more to my comments. Since having a surgery and other issue with the left side of my face 2013, I have been suffering from a constant prickly feeling, pain and pressure that never goes away. Doctors just threw meds at me but after mentioning my issue. I had a facial massage targeting those areas. ONG after 13 plus years, no more prickly feeling, pain and pressure reduced by 95%. What a life changing event. Highly recommend there services.

WOW!!! Beyond Excellent is my experience here! Mia‘s massages released all the tension from my neck after a whole year of hard work, I didn’t realize how effective massage and stone Therapy is until I went to Mia’s Salt and Sea Spa! WOW! if you are looking for a place to go this is the place, I felt so relaxed and relived it’s unbelievable! I would highly recommend her Spa too! She truly gives you the Massage of a life time!! 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️🌊🕊️ with her massage skills the Lord has truly used her and I would highly recommend her anytime and to anyone! 😇🙌🏻🕊️

If you are in the greater Colville area, this is where you will want to take your stiff muscles for repair. Mia has such a wide array of techniques and skills at her disposal and will make your experience comfortable, and therapeutic. I left with more mobility than I came in with and more than that, I felt treated with genuine support and compassion. Heated table and hot towels were just some of the things which elevated the massage experience so that I was always entirely comfortable and able to relax into the work being done on my tense muscles. As a former massage therapist, I’m very particular. I live out of state but have family in the area and I look forward to seeing Mia for some more work again next time I’m in town. It’s worth booking well in advance.
