Sarah’s massages are the best! I’m always leaving her so relaxed. She understands how the intricate ways our muscles, ligaments, and nerves are all connected and really gets to the source of pain. She is patient and listens to the body as she massages. She also applies other tools, like hot stones, warm wash clothes, cupping as tools to assist when necessary. I’m so impressed with her wide array of knowledge and intuitive ways as a massage therapist. Plus, I love that she is very community oriented and is just an all around thoughtful, kind, and generous person. I highly recommend booking a massage with her.

I have had the best experience with Sarah. I have severe neck pain from an injury and have had limited mobility for almost 2 years. After about 3 sessions I have been able to safely move my neck around with very minimal pain. My husband noticed a difference in my posture after the first session. The environment is welcoming and inclusive. Everything is also very clean. Would 100% recommend for a massage in Skagit.
