Shannon is amazing. Best massage I've ever had and I am a retired LMP. She checked in every so often to make sure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. She dialed in on my areas of concern. Afterwards she gave me education and feedback to help myself at home with stretches and post care tips. Her space is easy to find with plenty of parking. The inside is gorgeous and serene.

I can no longer keep this most wonderful "secret" to myself, y'all must also get in on this magic! From my very first session with Hope and at every session thereafter, I've been left in awe of her therapeutic skills, her intuitive techniques that very clearly demonstrate knowledge and deep understanding of physiology and anatomy, the nurturing peaceful calm she exudes and of course, her ability to HEAL! 🫶🏼 I nicknamed her Mano Santa, because I truly believe her hands are holy tools of healing. I feel ever so fortunate to have found Sweet Thyme; as I have worked with (so) many LMTs in the past, but the team at Sweet Thyme are the very real deal! 💫

I want to give a shout out to this establishment and awesome lady. I woke up yesterday and my back was so jacked up I could barely walk. I went online and made an appointment for a 10:30 massage. I show up and nobody is there. I called and spoke with the owner and turns out I made my appointment for next week. BUT, within 20 minutes Hope came in to help me out and got me moving again. The following day I got a call from the owner checking to see how I was doing.

I am ecstatic with the knowledge and care Shannon gives her clients. She is a hard worker and makes sure that her clients are well taken care of. I am super impressed with the amount of professionalism she has to show. She goes over the top to make sure that it's done right. She he's a keen sense and tuned into the needs and each individual person. I appreciate Shannon taking time out and helping to fix my chronic back issues. She has a lot of tricks at her sleeve to help me. I am impressed with the understanding that she has to do this specific work. I am always impressed with her big smile and a warm welcome. Her studio is clean, well put together, and inviting. I highly recommend her for your next massage or pain management session. You will not be disappointed. It will always come back to Shannon. I just had the most wonderful massage provided by Shannon at Sweet Thyme Massage. It's clear that she is genuinely passionate about her work and helping people feel their best! I was past due for some help with tightness in my neck and shoulders and booked a recovery massage. She took the time to explain her techniques, which included some guided stretching and resistance with massage which felt wonderful. It really relieved the tension and soreness I had been holding and I left feeling human again! The booking process was super simple and I received a reply confirming the appointment quickly. The new studio is beautifully appointed and it was a relaxing space. I highly recommend Shannon and even called my sister to recommend her before I left the parking lot!

It was my first time getting a massage in over 5 years. Shannon is clearly very passionate about her work. The massage was incredible and did wonders. I have never been stretched before in a massage, so that was a new experience for me, and a great one. It loosened up all my joints and muscles that I did not even realize were stiff. The studio is super clean and comfortable. I was a little worried I would hear road noise with it being close to Kneeland Blvd but it was quiet and calming. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for either relaxation or recovery massage. Thank you Shannon can't wait till my next visit!

Shannon is skilled and passionate in what she does. I did not realize I was as stiff and tight and I actually was, and I get massages regularly. She goes above to get to the root of the problem area and genuinely cares about your comfort and relaxation. She is a good communicator and listener. The studio is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend the Recovery massage! You won't be disappointed.

Shannon did an amazing job releasing tension and pain out of my body. I have struggled with chronic pain for many years, and had many massages but I believe this one was the most beneficial for feeling better afterwards. She really got into a lot of painful spots and helped them feel better. I feel lighter and have more mobility in my body, and feel that some of the negative emotions have been released. She is very kind and caring, makes you feel comfortable and listens to you and what is best for your body.The atmosphere was also very relaxing. She really wants to help her clients feel better and it’s so nice to meet such a caring and skilled person! ! I look forward to seeing her again and would recommend .

I have been dealing with my sciatica and this is week five. I went last week and Shannon helped so much and recommended a chiropractor visit( next Tuesday). I’ve been going to PT which hurt more than it helped but I went back to Shannon today and let me tell you what…. I feel 98% better. She was able to get the nerve to almost 100% release. She knows what she is doing. Can’t wait to make this a regular thing. If you haven’t tried her you must she’s wonderful!!!
