I was gifted and 80 minute facial/arm, and hand massage. This was my first experience in both getting a facial, and visiting the spa. It was such a nice experience. Pics taken post session, but wanted to share what the room looked like, along with the restroom, and waiting room. Great ambience, and decor for sure.

Y'know what, the front desk was very welcoming and I was able to get settled in quickly after the walk through of the facility. It's a pretty large spa with many rooms and therapists. I booked two separate session for my wife and I, but they put us in a couples room which is always a plus. The facility is clean, but I'd love to see a commons area (co-ed) to have tea and snacks with my wife. I didn't get to check out the pool, but the steam room was enough for me this time. I'd also like to see the staff clean up the shower area and the quiet area more often. There were many used towels and cups everywhere

If you can go somewhere else, do it. The perfume smell was awful. The saleswoman in the lobby was high stress. She kept me in the lobby trying to sell me an expensive red-light therapy wand for over 40 minutes. She insisted I prepay for another visit. I did pay (like a fool) $90 that I will never see again, they do not refund prepaid services.

I booked a facial here because of a special they had on FB and it was fantastic! I had a deep wrinkle right of my lips that really softened. I look forward to another appointment when I can afford it.

Very disappointed. My friend and I came to the spa in person to make massage appointments three weeks prior to the appointment. It was a birthday present for a dear friend that I don't get to see that often. I arrived early, and at first they said they had no record of the appointment. I did not receive a confirmation text. Upon looking under my phone number, they found me but stated there was only one massage appointment made and that they were fully booked. We had given them all the information for both bookings when we made the reservation and even talked about sharing a couples massage room. While they did attempt a solution, it would not have allowed us to spend any time together. We cancelled the one massage and left. I was embarrassed as this was a birthday present that she took a day off for. So I don't know about their service but I feel like it was poor front desk service.

Came here a many times over the years with my wife. We spend a lot of time here on week days. Love this place but the one thing I’ll say that’s ridiculous is how they’re closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday’s. This is a 24 hour casino with a hotel. The spa should have more flexibility with their hours. Majority of spas are mostly closed Sunday’s so it’s just very odd. Wish they’d update their menu too. Before Covid there must have been diff management cause it was flowing a lot proactively and spa was open more than it is now.

Absolutely gorgeous inside! My sister, my mom, and I had such a lovely time here. Definitely worth every penny. It was so clean and well maintained and we all loved our massages. So relaxing. Steam room and sauna were awesome and I loved the rainfall showers. You can also order room service and drinks to the spa. I got a massage from Jordan and it was probably the best massage I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

I booked a message over a month in advance for a friend and myself. They canceled my appointment the night before but still had my friends scheduled even though I was the one the booked the appointment for both of us. They offered the free sauna while my friend got her massage, the sauna is already complimentary with an appointment. Very dissatisfied with the service!

Great amenities, great ambience but that stops there. We ordered a couples massage and I have been to many places before. This one was by far the worst, my therapist used rubber gloves which was not relaxing at all and was definitely not a 50 minute massage. Instead of reviewing online I wanted to directly share my thoughts on the massage after they asked how it was. All she said was she’ll let them know and proceeded to charge me. I was hoping for a great massage at a nice place for our anniversary but I left disappointed.

As a mom of two toddlers, this place is exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. I enjoyed my pedicure from Hoang very much. She was kind and professional. Plus my toes look and feel wonderful. My massage from Jordan was heaven! He hit all the right spots with the pressure I needed and he was also very professional. I enjoyed the saunas after my massage/ pedicure. They have showers available with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also I love that they have hair dryers, brushes, feminine products and water throughout the locker area. The waiting area has menus if you want to order drinks or food and a cozy area to relax with a fireplace. I will definitely be coming back to this spa!
