My doctor referred me here after a car accident. Honestly, I’m not a fan of regular massages; I usually just get aroma or oil massages at spas. But this was my first medical massage, and it was a completely different experience. We started by talking about my accident. I was amazed by the therapist’s skill,he knew exactly how I was sitting in the car before I even told him! It wasn't a relaxing massage; it was intense and a bit painful, but I knew it was for treatment. I’ve seen many doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists, but I didn't realize that massage could help me recover this fast. I was a little sore afterward, so I'm glad I went after work. The next morning, I felt amazing. My shoulders and back feel so much better than usual. Highly recommended if you want real results!

I’m pretty uncomfortable around other people touching me. I don’t know how they did it but this place made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They did a great job at comforting my uncomfortableness. I I think the management and the staff and would love to go back there again.

I've had hundreds of massages over the last 5 years but only one massage that accurately diagnosed areas of my body by muscle and tendon groups that were too tight and problem areas. I had a posterior hip replacement several years ago that left my quad and side with severely decreased range of motion. After years of massages, on the first visit to the Massage clinic and without any direction from me, Jacob identified this area as a problem and then began to treat it. I left the first appointment with a significant increase in range of motion on that side and finally hope that the ROM could be restored to near pre-surgical condition. I honestly didn't expect this sort of result but it changed my perspective on how beneficial a good masseuse and massage therapy could be. I have booked future visits. Thank you Massage clinic!

I was in a pickle of needing a last minute appointment, something I try to avoid at all costs, but sometimes life just happens. In my search for an appointment, Kim was able to get me in same day, within the hour! While that may not always be the case, it was her sincerity in wanting to help me out that I appreciated the most. A lot of establishments will often just treat you like an extra thing to do for the day, however, Kim understood my urgency and did her best work to ensure that I walked out feeling better than I walked in (and I did!). The first thing I told my best friend upon leaving was that if ever someone needs to find care in this area, I won't hesitate to refer them here. So, if you are in the area and are needing care, this is the place you want to go to. They have multiple rooms with a lot of therapists to work with. I find that a GREAT sign that they are doing something right. Working with Kim just happened to prove it for me directly. Thank you, Kim!

Loved my massage! Scheduling and communication was easy. The intake was thoughtful, and my therapist asked great questions. I really felt understood and cared for. My areas of concern were thuroughly addressed. My therapist asked for feedback after my massage, which is always appreciated. Also, the therapist was so peaceful and calm, which is important in my busy and often chaotic life. All in all, it was a drool-worthy retreat!

Amazing compassionate service! Book with Zoe!! I have been looking into a great place for a massage for some time with someone that has experience. It just so happens I got in an accident and needed massage. This place is clean, professional, and everyone is so nice and accommodating! I had my first initial appointment/massage with the remaining time today and saw Zoe and she is an amazing, compassionate, personable person and gives quality massages. If you’re looking for a great place I recommend this place and definitely see Zoe. She’s an amazing person and extremely personable, compassionate makes you feel comfortable, makes you feel taken care of and that she cares about what you’re going through! And you can tell she loves what she does! Im immensely grateful she gives an amazing massage too. I look forward to my next massage with Zoe!

Prompt return call to set up appointments; clear, friendly instructions every step of the way. Instant rapport with LMP's, professional and kind front desk. They offer courtesy water. The waiting area is tidy and clean. Room was peaceful, serene, and secure. The wrap around pillow made my massages so comfortable. My injuries were job related so I did notice that all of their literature clearly states that they do not take private insurance. But staff hinted that it may change in the near future. Zoe is fabulous asset to their team. Kind, bubbly, skilled therapist. Truly made a difference in my recovery.

Sierra has done a great job helping me regain mobility in my hip, back, and quads. Her massages are effective, but what I appreciate most are the exercises/stretches she has shared with me to combat pain and discomfort away from her office. I've been three times and have experienced noticeable improvements after each visit. I've almost fully recovered from a serious lifting injury and much of the credit is owed to Sierra.

Poorly managed- Avoid this place & keep looking! We found this place after a major car accident. Their scheduling software is finicky & no one is there to answer the phone. Once I finally got a callback & scheduled, everything seemed to be OK, but after a few massages, they decided to close my file. As a massage therapist myself, I know how PIP works. First of all, my chiro wrote an open-ended referral & they said they needed a new one after only 6 visits. I don't know how going from 5 headaches per week to 3 is SUCH an improvement, but someone in their office who I had never met decided I was "doing so well" they were going to close my file. News flash: my DOCTOR decides when I am done with treatment, not management. The weirdest part is that my insurance company WAS paying them (over double their cash rate) so not sure why they were in such a hurry to kick us off the schedule. I have NEVER heard of such an issue in all my years of working with PIP clients & not sure what their reasons were, but this was insulting. Don't waste your time getting your hopes up here, you're better off going somewhere that cares more.
