I had a great pedicure from Diana Andrade today, for sure the best I've ever had in Eastern Washington. She has a deft hand at French style and I received a flawless pedicure with a seriously great leg massage. 100% looking forward to coming back! She is a sweetheart and impressively talented for such a young nail tech.

I would give ZERO STARS!!! But unfortunately it doesn’t let me so I have no other option than to rate one star when they don’t deserve it!!! We spent a week about two weeks scheduling with them and many times of having to change appointments with them because of “short staff” Once time for appointments we left very unhappy with how our nails came out. Nothing like the inspiration pictures we sent them twice not only that but one of us have deep cuts on the side of the nails from the nail tech filed our skin and not the nail, and to top it off she was new it was her first day on the job. And not only that but we had to pay an insanely high amount for the nails that didn’t even come out how we wanted them to. We asked for Gel x and acrylic and safe to say we won’t be going there again! Not only that but the techs were talking within each other and the tech doing my nails said she doesn’t do gel x and it was her first time and she usually does it on herself. Very unhappy with our nails especially with the ridiculous amount we had to pay!!

Worst experience with nail tech! While getting my manicure the nail tech was being extremely rude and short with me. When I asked for the nails I wanted she gave me the dirtiest look felt very judgmental. I am going to name this girl because I don’t want anyone else feeling the way I felt during this appointment. Noemi was the name. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be coming back.

Found this spot to relax in, while on a quick weekend trip in Lake Chelan. The nail techs are so friendly and easy to talk with during your service and listen to what you want. Bonus points for an extremely clean salon, and excellent pedicure chairs with massage.

Me and my daughter went to have a girls morning and got our nails done. I have only had my nails done a couple times but wow!! This place was clean, welcoming and full of talent. If you not just want your nails done but a great experience this is your place.

I am very disappointed with my experience here. My sister (who just had a baby) and I had pedicure appointments scheduled. We were running late, but we texted ahead and were told it was OK. When we arrived, we stood in the waiting area for about 7 minutes with no greeting or assistance. At that point our appointment time was 18 minutes past, but we had already been waiting since just 11 minutes after our start time. Eventually, someone came out and began working on my sister. A couple minutes later, they told me they would not take me because I was “more than 10 minutes late.” I explained that we had texted ahead and that we had been standing there waiting without help, but she was rude and refused service. There is no mention of a “10-minute late” policy on their website, and it would have been appropriate to mention it when we texted that we would be late. Instead, the lack of communication and poor customer service left me without my pedicure and with a very negative experience. In a small town where word of mouth matters, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I absolutely love the Nail Spa. It’s such a great addition to Chelan. The other option we had is terrible. In fact, I can’t even rate it because it’ was so bad. When the Nail Spa opened, I was so happy as well as many of my friends. We’ve been going there and have never looked back. Their service is beyond wonderful. It’s a place that cares and take your needs into consideration. Jackie’s been my nail tech and she is wonderful, she is professional, and she does the job beyond any expectation. I love getting a pedicure there not only is the pedicure such a wonderful experience but it’s so nice just to look out the windows to our beautiful town that we have instead of a dark wall. The owner Meta is wonderful, she is caring, professional, and over-the-top. How many places do you go? When you get offered a cold beverage on a hot day. It’s nice to have a quality place to go and get things. I don’t do eyelashes but I’ve heard that is the place to go to get that done as well. I look forward to being a client for a really long time.. And I know if I ever did have a problem they listen, they care and they take action. Don’t miss out on the greatest experience that there is to get your nails done.. Thank you. Everyone at the Nail Spa if I could rate you at 10 I would.. I’m local and I know I speak for a lot of people living here.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I go back to Chelan a couple of times a year to visit family. Thank GOODNESS for The Nail Spa. Meta and Roberta always make me feel welcome and I would say the quality of service is as good as (if not better than) any I have had here in North Carolina. When I get to town, the first thing I do is make an appointment (as they are too busy for walk-ins). I cannot recommend them highly enough

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I walked in asking for a fill and pedicure. I was told a nail tech could do my nails in 15 to 20 minutes. I would need to come back tomorrow for a pedicure. I said that was no problem. After 40 min what it seemed like the owner came over and said 15 more minutes. I said no problem. 30 minutes later she said it was taking longer and if I could wait 30 more minutes. I said I had waited over 1 hour I guess I would. At the end of 30 minutes she came over and asked me to step into the back office. She closed the door and told me the lady was taking too long and they wouldn’t be able to do my nails today. Asked if I could come tomorrow. Needless to say I had sat there for almost 2 hours and now asked me to come back. This is definitely no way to run a salon. I’m not sure what she was thinking but I definitely would never walk in this salon again. Even if it was the only nail salon in lake chelan. If you do go there pack your patients I’m pretty sure this is a every day problem with this salon.
