As a Japanese acupuncturist myself I'm pretty particular about bodywork, so when I say Adam is the real deal, I mean it. What is most important is feeling actual change on the table during the session, not just relaxation, but a noticeable shift. If you have those nagging, hard-to-explain complaints that haven't responded to anything else, this is where I'd send you. Highly recommend.

Wow! Adam is amazing. I'd never heard of Shiatsu Massage before but I can you the healing powers it offers is incredible. This is not your typical pampering massage. This is where you go when you've got some ailments that need fixing - anything from back pain to fertility issues. Adam's knowledge of the human body was incredible. The pain in my neck and shoulders was immediately fixed. I also suffer from Planar Fasciatus and tennis elbow periodically, and from now on I'll go see Adam for flare ups instead of paying for PT. He also showed me ways to help unblock my sinuses which is an ongoing problem for me - and who new it would be under my rib cage.

I went for a treatment to loosen up my back and neck and I am very happy with the results after two treatments. First, Adam is very skilled and has a wealth of knowledge in Shiatsu. I appreciate learning more about how the body works. My body went through a significant detox in the first session as tension that builds up in the body over time disappeared. I felt so much lighter after just one treatment. I had significant improvement in my energy level as well as a more positive mindset. It was surprising to find out how much tension we hold in our body every day so that we are not able to perform at our best. Both my movement and sleep improved after. I recommended Adam to my two best friends and I would recommend him to anyone who is open to try something new.

Adam is very knowledgeable about massage, healing the body, and your pressure points (and much more.) I feel like I personally left this first session not only IMMEDIATELY in a better physical condition (much more relaxed) I was also in a better state of mind as well. I found the ancient connection to Japan regarding this specific method and the knowledge he applies with his Sennin-So Shiatsu to be extremely effective and he does a wonderful job of getting you on his page and showing you how the points are making your body change: it’s really cool. The following day after I feel a little sore and I know that means I am detoxing. I will be coming back for another follow up session considering this feels very good to get some of the tension out of my body (yoga just doesn’t cut it.) Thank you Adam! You are a true hero in my opinion.

I have been treated by Adam 10-15 times, and what is provided is so much more than just a massage. In my mind Adam is a healer and sometimes miracle worker. He keeps me going when I’m stressed and need it the most. If Google had a system where you could give a 6th star like once a year, Adam would have gotten mine without hesitation.
