My facial with Jennifer was a 10/10 experience! She was gentle, confident, and knowledgeable. I felt relaxed during the appointment and left feeling empowered with all the information and encouragement she gave me for my combo skin! The entire experience including the spa atmosphere and front desk staff was a 10/10. Will definitely book again. 🩵

I’ve been seeing Ashley at The V Spa for brazilian and underarm waxing, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is incredibly professional, consistent, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is done with care and precision. She makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and her technique is both gentle and efficient. The spa is clean, calming, and welcoming, it is such a great experience every time! Also don’t forget to check for new candles from Oak and Wax when you check out!!

Today I Had scheduled a 90 minute massage with Kristina. I have been to the Vspa on many occasions prior to this and I’ve never had a bad experience, so I’ve never been too particular on who I get due to no one leaving a lasting impression. I’m so glad the universe aligned the way it did, I don’t think I’m ever going to let anyone else give me a massage moving forward. I ended up extending my massage to the two hour mark because she did so much work on my body. To give some insight, I have been in pain for a few months now and just keep pushing forward because I have not made the time to do anything about it. I heavily exercise and just continued exercising over my pain. For anyone that knows how that feels, I was definitely very tense. Not only did Kristina Know exactly what to do, She is one of the best communicators I’ve ever met in terms of her knowledge on the anatomy of the body. She told me every single muscle she was trying to work towards and why. I cried when I got back in my car because I felt so good. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you Kristina. See you soon.

Good but has gone downhill. The people are kind, but they used to give you a foot soak and tea while you waited, and no longer do. Also, if tou want hard pressure for a massage, make sure to book ahead of time and request one so you can match with someone who they can suggest. I asked for the hardest pressure possible from my masseus and it felt like the opposite of what I requested.

I’ve been to this spa twice now and have had amazing experiences both times! The deep tissue massage and prenatal massage were both very relaxing, yet effective. The staff are very competent and attentive!

The massages are great, but make sure you know if you wake up sick and have to cancel (coughing, sinus issues for me) they will still charge your card immediately. I'm sure it's in the paperwork I signed, I just want to make sure others know that. If you feel you might be sick the next day, cancel so you don't lose out on $100. To me it promotes coming in when sick just because I don't want to waste that $100. Also, I had issues with their phone early when they opened - left a voicemail and they never got it? So make sure you keep calling because they never got my message. Didn't get an apology they never got it, just blatantly said "we checked and there's no messages" like I'm lying. I felt I needed to send a screenshot proving I did call (twice) when I said I did. I had 2 massages here with Tiffany, she's the best. I'd give 5 stars just for the massage if I could.

I rely heavily on reviews when choosing where to go, and although I didn’t see many about lash lifting and tinting, the overall positive feedback encouraged me to give this place a try. I had a lash lift and tint done. While I understand that some chemical seepage can happen and is a known risk, my experience made me realize that lash lifts may not be the right service for me personally. I also noticed that quite a bit of residue was left on my left eyelid and upper lash line afterward. I was told to use water to remove it, which contradicted both the written and verbal aftercare instructions I was given. I would think that with proper cleaning after the service, I wouldn’t have needed to worry about this issue. I’m not sure if the allotted time for this service might need to be longer to allow for a more thorough cleanup, but I wanted to mention it in case it helps. Since I depend on reviews to make decisions, I hope sharing my experience can help others as well.

Hands down BEST couple's massage ever!!! I had plenty of massages before, but Gail did a combo of hot rocks, deep tissue, lomi lomi, etc. We felt so relaxed and so refreshed! My daughter said Crystal literally was the best masseuse ever! I was a little hesitant since the spa entry looked small and a little outdated but as soon as you walk in, the smell, the customer service, the quiet rooms, everything was amazing! I will definitely come back here again!!!!

My massage, therapist and facials were fantastic, so much so that I decided to come back for another facial and Massage after I was gifted my first two for Mother’s Day. I do not recommend booking appointments here in advance. If you ever need to cancel your appointment they have a policy that they do not cancel appointments via voicemail. If you leave them a voice message to cancel your appointment if they are away from their desk, they will not cancel your appointment. I left a message during normal business hours, letting them know I will not be at my appointment, but they did not cancel my appointment and give it to someone who could fill that time instead they kept my appointment and now they are charging me. I will not be coming back here. It is really sad, local businesses need support from the community, but I will not come back to the valley.

I’ve been a customer of The V Spa and have enjoyed their services in the past, but I was very disappointed in how they handled a recent cancellation. My wife called during business hours several days before her scheduled facial and massage to cancel. She left a voicemail, and they later called back, leaving a message to confirm — but the message did not give her much time to respond before the appointment date. Despite her having canceled in advance, they insisted on charging for the full service. We understand businesses have policies, but when a customer cancels promptly and in good faith, it’s frustrating to be charged for services not received. This experience has made us reconsider returning in the future.
