I always feel so relaxed after seeing Des! She really tailors each massage to your needs, listening carefully to your problem areas and addressing them in a way that brings relief without leaving you sore. On top of that, she’s incredibly personable and creates such a welcoming, comfortable environment.

There are nothing but good things to say about my experience at Therapy and Wellness Massage. Desiree has been incredibly helpful in dealing with my chronic back and shoulder pain. The massage is always first class and she has been awesome with helping me to find things I can do in between visits to help with recovery and prevention. The vibes are always comfortable and relaxing and I would fully recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a high quality massage experience.

Got an amazing massage with facial cupping treatment. My body is feeling so relaxed and feeling so much better then when I came in. The facial cupping felt so good. I could feel the tension and inflammation in my face melt away!. Des does wonderful work!!
