Very clean and did a really nice pedicure! I Love that they really helped me with my calluses on my feet and they did not hurt me. Nice soothing foot and leg massage. Wonderful job on the nail polish too. I definitely recommend.

They did okay. With any salon it depends on who you get and how you are treated. I wish the lovely lady who was helping from the side was my technician because she was kind and clearly interested in pleasing a customer. The woman who did my nails made me uncomfortable from the start. I asked for a clear or milky deep pink, like Korean nails. When she brought an almost white pink and it wasn’t what I wanted, she clearly got impatient with me. I tried a few more times but definitely felt like a nuisance. So I ended up picking something I didn’t want so as not to take any more of their time. The nice technician next to me actually cared to try and clarify with me, and when my manicure was almost done brought me the exact color I wanted. Too late. Also, my technician got annoyed when I couldn’t hold my leg up for her while she was cutting my cuticles. She kept talking under her breath. Overall, she didn’t cut me, she did a good job painting and trimming my nails, and gave me a longer massage. I just wish that getting my nails done could feel like a pampering experience. That has a lot to do with how you get treated. I was hoping this place would be more like that, but I guess it really depends on who you get. She did the usual for the $60 I paid. But I didn’t love the experience.

I want to gatekeep this place because it's new and absolutely amazing but I also want everyone to know how awesome they are! Went to the new Enumclaw location today and I was blown away by how lovely every aspect of my experience was. All the other local nail salons better step up their game. They go BEYOND above and beyond! Their prices are competitive but all the extras make it feel like a luxury experience. Highly recommend.

Edit from previous review: The salon called me and asked me to come back in so they could fix the design on my nails. They paired me with a technician I’ve seen before, and she took the time to file them down and redo everything completely at no charge. It was really nice of them to value their customers enough to reach out and make things right, I really appreciated that. I genuinely like this salon. The atmosphere is calming and pretty, the pedicures are great, and the staff is always very kind. I also love that they offer you something to drink when you come in—not all salons do that, and it adds a nice, relaxing “spa” feel. I especially like Jessie, she’s very friendly and provides wonderful service! The few times I’ve see her she has always come off as very dedicated to putting in the effort to get my nails shaped exactly right which I really like. My pedicure was done by Ann, her polish application is perfect and she gave a great leg massage! Thank you again for reaching out 🩷 ——————————————————————————— I’ve been coming here for a few years and I always tip well since I’m also in the service industry, so I really try to support the artists here. I’ve honestly never had issues—until I ask for a design. I completely understand that not everyone specializes in designs, but I do wish there was more transparency around that. It’s frustrating because I don’t have the heart to say “this isn’t working,” especially when I can tell they’re trying their best. This last visit was especially disappointing. Even the woman at the front (who I assume is the manager) looked at the result and didn’t seem confident about it either. That kind of confirmed how I was already feeling. As a loyal, returning client, I was hoping for more consistent results. It’s really unfortunate because the atmosphere here is genuinely so nice, but I don’t think I’ll be returning for design work.

This was my first visit to tipsy and it was very nice. You check in with your phone number and everything is automated and even though they were very busy, they were very welcoming and knew what everyone was doing and where everyone needed to be. Very organized and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I will return.

I had a mixed experience here, so I’m giving 2 stars. I went on a Wednesday and was surprised by how busy it was. Even though I booked my appointment online, I ended up spending almost 3 hours at the salon. My pedicure took about an hour, and then I waited another hour before starting my manicure. The pedicure itself was great, and I was very happy with how my toes turned out. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was disappointing. Before my pedicure, the nail tips were applied and I had requested them to be somewhat short but not too short, and while I was sitting there, I noticed that some of them were much shorter than the others. When it was finally time for my manicure, I pointed this out. The nail technician seemed annoyed that she had to remove and replace four of them. After replacing the tips, she trimmed them and laughed, saying that they were the same length as before. However, they were clearly shorter than the newly replaced nails. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly asked if the shape was okay and questioned whether I really knew what I wanted, saying that I did not seem sure. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially since I was simply trying to make sure the nails were even and the length matched what I had requested. At one point, she commented that my fingers were "fat," which made the nails look shorter. Since I am currently pregnant and my fingers are a little more swollen than usual, that remark felt unnecessary and insensitive. Toward the end, she continued making adjustments and filed some nails down more than others, which resulted in uneven lengths. Some nails were noticeably shorter than others and did not mirror the opposite hand. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected more attention to detail and a more comfortable experience. The pedicure was excellent, but the manicure and customer service left me disappointed.

Maybe I expected too much after reading all reviews. My daughter got a basic manicure gel and French and cost $80. I won't go again. I noticed that my left thumb was not good because they didn't make it symmetrical. --------- They checked my review and solved this issue. Basic manicure gel with French is $58 so they gave me $22 back. I love how they solved this so fast.

I’ve been to Tipsy Lagoon twice now, and both times have been fabulous! The techs are so sweet and really take their time to make sure your nails come out just right. They’re especially good with cute, detailed designs. Think flowers, hearts, and all the Pinterest inspo you could want. My sets have always looked flawless and lasted beautifully. Definitely my go-to spot when I want to feel pampered and polished!
