I have visited Tranquility Day Spa for a variety of different services and have had great experiences. I have enjoyed everyone that I have booked with/visited with (Erika, Monica, Cecelia, Karrlie, and others!) Today I was booked with Erika for highlights, a haircut, and tinsel. I was so comfortable and Erika was so kind, offering a drink and checking on me consistently. She was so fun to visit with and she had a great attitude/vibe. I felt like she was thorough and truly took the time to pay attention to all of the little details. She was gentle and careful to not pull any hair. She communicated with me throughout the visit and often checked that I was feeling good and happy with how it was going. My appointment was great, and my hair is beautiful, and I will absolutely be back to see her again! :)

I came in as a first time customer to get a haircut with Erika. I let Erika know I needed a general trim, my bangs cut to eyebrow level, and warned I had given myself a haircut and I needed help blending the face framing pieces I attempted to give myself. I wear glasses that I have to take off during haircuts so I couldn’t see what Erika was doing. I left with bangs that were half an inch shorter than what I wanted them to be and were very crooked. Erika didn’t ask or tell me how much she was taking off for the trim so the length of the rest of my hair was a shock as well. I didn’t feel like Erika really enjoyed cutting my hair or really liked me, I don’t think I saw her smile at all. This isn’t a huge deal for me but I definitely felt like a burden especially when it came to blending the pieces from my DIY haircut. I enjoyed the general atmosphere of the space and the reception staff were friendly but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Easy website to find out about services and schedule appt. Convenient location on Wenatchee Ave with ample parking. Staff were friendly and licensed massage,therapist Kathryn was amazing. My shoulder and back stiffness melted away. Clean environment and professional staff, definitely recommend Tranquility Day Spa.

I love Tranquility. It’s a calm and relaxing atmosphere- everything is immaculate. They take cleanliness and sterilization very seriously here, which makes me more comfortable as a customer. I got an acrylic fill done by Kylea, who is an apprentice, and she did a great job. I never felt rushed to get in and out, she took her time to do her best work and my nails turned out great!

Absolutely amazing services, I love getting a monthly massage from Cecelia and she does a stellar job. Communication and relaxation is always excellent. I would highly recommend getting massages and other services they provide! Their staff always exceed mg expectations and have me leaving with a smile!

I scheduled a head spa treatment including the hot oil treatment and finishing blowout styling with Erika Cox. This is the fifth head spa treatment I have had, but my first one here. Erika provided the best service by far that I have experienced. She was very fantastic throughout each process, I really appreciated her attention to the nape of my hairline (which sometimes has gotten missed by others), the service was very relaxing, and the blowout afterwards was fantastic. I highly recommend Erika and I will be seeing her on the regular!

Head spa treatment by Erika! Was a great experience! Very relaxing and calming! I recommend this highly if you just want to lay down and relax while being pampered!! The hand wax was very soothing and softened my hands tremendously!! My scalp and hair feel so light and damage free!!

I treated my daughter-in-law and myself to two of their spa packages, and it was awesome! The packages included massage/exfoliation, facials, manis, pedis, lunch, and wine! The perfect girls' day out! The facility is clean, and the clinicians are not only personable and friendly but also highly skilled in their areas of expertise. I highly recommend them.
