I had a beautiful experience at the Tranquility Spa here at Trilogy. I took my water aerobics class, then went to the jacuzzi, and then had a massage with Sandra Gibb. They furnished an oversized luxury towel, robe, and slippers and I had a private shower and dressing area. I highly recommend getting a massage from Sandra. I have had numerous massages with her over the years and was delighted when she came to the Tranquility Spa. She has an extensive knowledge of physiology and what connects to what. She can intuitively sense underlying causation, and make valueable corrections where things are out of balance. The only suggestion I have is to modernize the shower control and head for easier use and better pressure, and put plastic bags in the dressing area for wet suits. Great experience overall!

Sandra is an amazing massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable in anatomy and how everything is conected. I have gone to her a couple of times for back problems and she has been able to help with the pain. The spa is very clean and nice. I highly reccomend this spa and Sandra.

I had my first session with Sandra and was really impressed. She is very intuitive and found areas of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I went in with some chronic pain and left feeling noticeably better, both physically and energetically. Her technique is gentle but effective. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone dealing with chronic pain, general body aches, or who just needs bodywork that helps their system settle.

The best massage I've ever had made me feel like I was close to the Paradaise. Sandra is excellent She's very caring, knows how to treat the parts of the body that need the most attention, and is knowledgeable about chakras. The massages at Trilogy are highly recommended.

Ellie did an acrylic full set for me and she was amazing! She’s super funny and kind and recommended my nail designs. I’m very satisfied 10/10 recommend this place and Ellie!

In all the years I have had facials never have I had one like this at Tranquility Spa Trilogy Spa at Redmond Ridge. Laura made me feel like a new woman. I walked away feeling like I was years younger. I did the Derma plane, Facial & brow tint! The best ever!

Sandra is an amazing massage therapist. She knew exactly where I hurt and massaged the pain away. She is very knowledgeable and I will definitely go back. She has a pleasant and charming personality and it was lovely meeting her and talking to her. A very positive person.
