First time trying this service. I had a bad headache. It was amazing. I alway love getting my scalped worked on when I get my haircut but this was another level. The scalp tool they used was a little deep but I didnt say anything. Im sure if I did, they would have changed the pressure, but overall, very very relaxing. I will be coming back again.

Went last minute with some friends who had booked a few days before. Booked on their site for 6:30pm bought my package on Groupon. Felt amazing getting the hair spa treatment, great exfoliation, facial, and shoulder massage. My head feels so clean.. thank you guys.

I went here after a horrible day to relax. Did not experience that. Not only did they short me in the service I booked. Inly took off $12.00. There were hairs in the bowls that were NOT mine. And the icing in the cake. They had a cockroach. I do not recommend this place

I booked a head spa here, but the experience was very disappointing. • Communication: No English communication, which made things very confusing. • Session Issues: In the middle of the session, the head shower broke and water went into my ears. They even used a face mask as an eye mask to block water — felt like a joke. • Painful Treatment: Right now my scalp is burning. It honestly felt like they were scraping my head with a fish scaler, not a relaxing spa. • Billing Problem: Instead of $50, they charged me $53.82 without authorization, blaming it on a “credit card fee.” If you want to donate extra money for bad service, this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the headache (literally).

I went to Amazing Headspa with my boyfriend and unfortunately my experience was very bad. The treatment was extremely painful, to the point that my scalp was sore afterward and continued to hurt after we left. This was not relaxing at all and felt more uncomfortable than therapeutic. What made the experience worse was what happened at the end. As we were exiting, one of the staff repeatedly told us to tip, insisting we do so before leaving. Afterward, we began receiving multiple messages and phone calls from her, even from different phone numbers, asking for a tip. This felt highly inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. A spa experience should feel relaxing and respectful, not painful and pressured. Because of both the physical discomfort and the aggressive behavior afterward, I would not recommend this place.

Tip pirate, spa in storage - don't waste your money here. For a spa service the atmosphere was not comforting or relaxing, the room is cramped, messy like having a spa in a storage room. Booking was difficult, you can't call must text, so apparently the receptionist cannot speak English. When we arrived it was unclear what's going on, but taken to another room to sit. Then a lady told us they are late at asked us to come back in 30min but there's nowhere to go in that neighborhood. My booking was a groupon deal 60min hair spa for 2, but she charged me extra for shampooing claiming is premium shampoo. How can i communicate with you reception that this service is groupon when she can't speak english? They don't have price listing of their service, nor what kind of premium shampoo, just told me i need to pay 20 extra for premium shampoo. I feel like i am getting rob on the spot. After he late service, rob for shampoo money she DEMANDED I need to full tips. Not sorry but your attitude and surcharge for shampoo without prior communication and clear pricing / product do not deserve full tip. If you are not happy on the discount package deal that you offer on groupon then don't offer it! Definitely not coming back.

I made a reservation online at 1:30pm. They were open and no one was there. I waited 30 minutes in total getting there early. Went to leave and decided to call. They told me they had to call back. Called back and said 3PM. I won’t be trying them again.

Was in the area and came in out of curiosity, got a standard head spa treatment. I enjoyed the head and neck massage and my scalp feels soooo clean and rejuvenated! There was a language barrier upon entering but the woman welcoming me was ready with a translation app for us to communicate and we were quickly able to agree upon a service and provide me instructions for how to prepare. I understand a language barrier is inopportune but I don’t understand why some get so upset about it in the reviews. Crossroads is a diverse neighborhood, I grew up here. The employees want to conduct business with clients regardless of the language. We should have patience and work together. My only feedback is to please provide a big of face lotion after the service as my skin was quite tight. And perhaps a quieter atmosphere in the room where the services are provided. Overall, friendly and kind staff and a fair price for the facility and service. I enjoyed my first head spa experience 😊

I booked a facial/massage here through Groupon, and the experience was underwhelming. Scheduling was difficult since there was no receptionist, and interruptions from calls and texts happened during the treatment. The therapist seemed frustrated about the Groupon, and the treatment itself felt rushed and incomplete. My girlfriend’s therapist was friendlier, but overall, the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming. At the end, the focus was more on collecting a tip than on customer care. The building is also somewhat run-down and difficult to locate. I understand Groupon brings in customers at a discount, but it’s also a chance to make a good impression. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t deliver, and I’d recommend trying another place instead. We won't be coming back

Head spa treatment and facial was good but didn't like how she required me to pay tip. It seems like she wouldn't accept tip as being optional there. She shouldn't demand tip. I told her I wanted to pay $10 but she charged me over $12. I was fooled so I probably wont go back again. Overall it felt good/average but not amazing.
