Wow!! What a great experience! I didn’t realize just how bad my body needed this massage as it’s been 15 years and Erwin really addressed the problem areas in my shoulders and neck and back where I carry a lot of my stress. After he was done he gave me some good advice on stretches that would help me! Thank you Erwin and WNWSM for a great relaxing massage! I will be back for sure!

My student massage was excellent. Just as good as professional massages I have received elsewhere. You’ll make a great massage therapist Haley! Very clean and comfortable location too.

Affordable and great massages. I have gone multiple times. It sometimes can be a roll of the dice and it’s fun to experience different massage techniques. It’s also a great way to support a student and maybe find your next long term massage therapist! They definitely upgraded the last year. The clinic is warmer and they have table warmers available, which is very relaxing! It used to be a little cold. Know that it is a large space separated by cloth hanging from the ceiling with multiple massages going on at once so the instructors can be present. But they do a great job with privacy and professionalism.

I have gotten a monthly massage since February. They have all been wonderful! All of the students I have received a massage from have been open to feedback, asking about the pressure, and adjusting as needed. Everyone has been lovely and so friendly. I leave feeling relaxed, calm, and so much better!

This school is absolutely amazing 🙌🏻 the instructors are passionate about what they do and their hearts are truly in it. The treat their students with compassion while still holding us accountable. They encourage us to try new techniques and flows and make suggestions that make sense for our individual body work styles. 10/10 would recommend this school whether you are an aspiring massage therapist, or looking for discounted Bodywork through the student clinics. Booking sessions for student clinic is a great way to meet your needs for relaxation, releasing tight muscles, or for contributing to your mental health; plus you get to help students gain experience and improve their Bodywork and intake skills! Highly recommend 👌🏼

EDIT: Thank you for the response. I did look today and saw the credit--I'm not sure it was there the last time I looked, but it was today, so either way, all is good. Thank you again. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I've been going here for a few years now for massages without issue, until recently. I had a massage scheduled in February, on a Sunday. About 2 hours before the scheduled massage I got a phone call from someone stating that the student that was scheduled to do my massage was sick and needed to cancel. Totally understand that. Not an issue. Whomever I spoke with didn't offer a refund or an automatic reschedule, which in hindsight was kind of strange. The way the booking system is set up, you are required to pay in advance, so my massage was already paid for. Over the next few weeks, I texted, emailed and left voicemails and did not get a timely response. Finally, I was able to speak to a live human and they said my "account would be credited." About a month ago, I tried to book another massage, and the booking system was wonky, so I ended up forgetting about it....fast forward to this week, I tried booking again, tried to schedule, no credit on my account and if I booked, would have been charged again. So, I called the place of business and left a voicemail, to again, inquire about credit for the massage I paid for and never received in February, and still no call back. Disappointing. Beginning to think that customer service isn't a value here because it shouldn't be taking me three months to get this issue resolved. Again, I have absolutely zero issue with the cancellation on the day of as things happen, but the lack of responsiveness in getting this resolved is quite irritating. Not sure I will be coming back.
