Claira is such a brilliant bodyworker. The scar tissue and bone setting work we do as well as lymph taping helps me immensely. They have the focus and attention that allows them to see things in the body others might miss, as well as drive to keep you accountable. I need this! So important when it's so easy to forget that we each have the power to heal ourselves if we just stay listening and in our practice.

Claira possesses the trifecta in a bodywork practitioner: skill, knowledge, and intuition. I have been addressing two separate issues: chronic low back pain, and scar issues post- breast cancer. Claira has been instrumental in helping me reset, relax, and strengthen my low back and accessory muscles to relieve my pain, and Claira has retrained my system to soften my lumpectomy scar. I highly recommend Claira.
