Today I visited this massage studio, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. I was asked to pay for the service in advance, which already felt unusual. The massage room itself was not clean and did not feel sanitary. The towels and linens looked as though they had not been changed in a very long time. The room had a strong musty, mold-like smell, and I actually started coughing during the session. The massage oil had no pleasant scent to help create a relaxing atmosphere, and the room was cold and uncomfortable, with inadequate covering during the massage. I became so uncomfortable that I asked to shorten the session, but I was still charged for the full hour, even though the massage lasted less than that. To make matters worse, when I offered a tip, I was told that it was not enough, which made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. What concerned me the most was the quality of the massage itself. The therapist appeared to have very little understanding of human anatomy and muscle structure. There seemed to be no awareness of which areas require caution or how much pressure is appropriate. Massage therapy should help people, not put them at risk of injury, and I genuinely felt unsafe during the session. I left feeling disappointed, worried about the level of hygiene, and eager to go home and shower immediately. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, professional, and safe environment. Unfortunately, this place did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness, professionalism, or customer care. I cannot recommend this establishment and would encourage others to look elsewhere for a safe and professional massage experience.

Absolutely loved my experience at Z Spa and Massage! From the moment I walked in, the professionalism and kindness of the staff were evident. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to get in for my massage with no wait at all. The atmosphere was calming and inviting, making it the perfect setting for relaxation What stood out to me the most was how attentive the staff was throughout the session. They frequently checked in to ensure the pressure was just right and that I was comfortable, which made a world of difference. Their mindfulness and dedication to providing a personalized experience truly set them apart Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10/10! I highly recommend Z Spa and Massage to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and thoughtful massage experience. I can't wait to return!

2.5/5⭐️ I just got a 90 min deep tissue massage and want to give an honest review so people know what to expect when they go (good and bad). Pros: - The massage was very well done and perfect for what I needed. She gave a true deep tissue massage with a perfect amount of pressure! She was consistent and I left feeling balanced. - she included a relaxing scalp and temple massage - there was several different techniques utilized including forearm sweeps, specific focused spots, hot stones (which I didn’t know were included), stretching positions, and more (some techniques included her being on the table fyi in case you are not comfortable with that) - she was super friendly and checked in all throughout the massage Cons: (I really hate including negativity but there were a few things I really couldn’t ignore) - she stepped out for a few minutes to take a phone call. I’m super understanding about it but it was still very distracting - my massage was ended 7 minutes before the full 90 min were up - for the foot massage she wore gloves (which I totally understand from a hygiene stand point but it really did take away from the quality of the massage as the gloves just slipped over my skin) - there was super quiet background music playing but a ton of other noise from outside that I felt was distracting - she had me pay before which made tipping at the end awkward as I only had a card (I do usually try to have cash, that was on me!) - when I asked to leave her a tip she told me it wasn’t enough. I was going to give $20 (which was well over 15%) and felt good to me considering the distractions listed above. She told me that’s too low and to pay her $30. I pushed back and said no, I would like to stick to $20. She told me there would be an extra $5 charge since I didn’t have cash and was putting it on my card. It was uncomfortable and I felt taken advantage of as tips are not meant to be expected but something that’s the extra token of gratitude. I would rather they charge more for their services than demand a specific tip at the end. But maybe that’s just me. For that reason, I won’t be returning but I am bummed as the massage was so wonderful! Also, not a pro or a con but just a heads up that the sheet she used to cover me was tiny so there were moments I was pretty exposed in case that would make you uncomfortable.

Z Spa is my go-to for deep tissue massages! The therapists here really know how to work on muscle tension and chronic pain. The atmosphere is tranquil, and the heated massage tables are such a nice touch. After a long week, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic massage! I suffer from pretty bad lower back pain and neck pain after a surgery I had a year ago. Rain was absolutely thorough loosened every single knot and I left with the first time in months not having pain in my lower back. Absolutely would recommend!

Rain did an excellent job. She used the right amount of pressure as she did her job. I left feeling refreshed and renewed from my tense muscles. I recommend anyone to visit for a great massage and a reasonable price.

Just got back from an excellent 90min deep tissue massage. I highly recommend Z Spa. Pressure was great and responsive to areas where my muscles were more tender from a recent workout. I will be a returning customer for sure!

I stopped in for the first time today 7-26. I opted for a one hour session since it was my first time. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. The pressure was " medium well " and felt great. I'll be back and stay for my usual 90 minuets. Ron I returned again on7-29. I did another one hour session because it was a different lady. She was just as good as the first lady. So often there is one lady who is good and the rest are so so. Evidently, not here. Being an older guy still in the trades, I get sore and need an occasional massage. I'll be getting mine here. Bless you ladies Ron Okay folks, my final review, I was in again today, Aug 1. As usual, a great massage. I haven't mentioned it before, but the ladies have all been sweethearts. Also, the rooms are decorated very nice. The restroom is clean. I can only describe all 3 visits as pleasant and I feel great 2 hours later. I will be returning. Ron I seem to be getting in once a week. I just left and once again I feel great. Ron 5-10-19 Can't help myself. Another great massage today. These ladies never disappointe! Thank you Ron
