I have been getting my hair cut at The Element for (almost) 10 years and this isn't due to a lack of alternatives. Chrissie is well trained and it shows. She has never had trouble cutting my hair exactly how I want it, and when I ask for suggestions she never disappoints. In addition to being well educated in her craft, Chrissie is extremely personable. What started off as a search for a hair stylist has led to a lifelong friendship. The salon itself is extremely well taken care of. The floors are clean, surfaces and tools are cleaned and sanitized, and the rooms are well lit. While I schedule my appointments so that I can work with Chrissie, you will be satisfied with any of the stylists working at The Element.

Chrissie is absolutely amazing!! My son is Haitian so his type of hair is very unique in our area and most places don’t even want to touch it. I had his hair in dreads which was the easiest style to take care of and keep clean. After joining the basketball team he was told he had to get a “white man hair cut”! That is impossible with his kind of hair. Chrissie went above and beyond in helping me get his dreads out and even loaned me her equipment to make the job easier. Then she put his hair in wonderful corn rows. Her patience, kindness and gentle touch to my sons soft head were a God send. Words cannot express how much gratitude I have for this fabulous woman and her business. Meet a stylist, gain a friend at The Element.

I am so excited to find Christine at The Element Spa and Salon! She is a master stylist, an educator, and a Lanza product professional. Christine “fixed” a color and cut issue I experienced at another salon (not In Buffalo) and worked with me to get it just right. Her questions were spot on, giving me the confidence I needed to try someone new—she was listening, knew what to do and explained it to me. Additionally, I loved my gel manicure and pedicure. Christine does not approach pedicures the fast and furious get-the-next-client-in-the-chair approach. She is concerned about chemicals and tools used on clients that effect long-term health and skin issues. Thank you, Christine! I feel like I found a gem in Christine and all the services provided at The Element. I’m looking forward to trying them all out.

Alicia is amazing! I called and asked if she could possibly squeeze me in within the next two days and she was able to get me in and did an amazing job on my lashes and then French braided my hair afterwards. Totally recommend her!

My husband and I were traveling through Buffalo and I was able to get a cut scheduled with Lexy. She did an amazing job! Thank you Lexy for getting me in at the last minute. I truly appreciate it and I would highly recommend Lexy for your hair needs.
