I started going to Liz after chest & abdominal cavity surgery. I felt like my body was trying to compact itself & even walking was difficult. I guessed scar tissue was the culprit & deep tissue massage a possible solutions . Liz has made such a positive difference. No matter what kind of massage relief you are looking for, Liz is well trained & has a great network she can draw from when needed.

Liz does a great massage! I’ve been going to her for a couple of years and plan to continue. She is attentive to my needs; always asks what’s going on with me and if there is any area I’d like her to focus on; is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend a Liz massage.

Liz is hands down my favorite massage therapist! I haven’t gone anywhere else since seeing her. She’s always professional, friendly, and is so knowledgeable! I also love the space she has, it’s quiet and a very comfortable & welcoming atmosphere. Cannot recommend her enough!

I have been getting massages from Liz for many years. She’s a miracle worker! By far the best at getting to my trouble spots and I walk away feeling so much better. I had a friend from out of state go to Liz when she was visiting and she also said it was the best massage. She suffers from chronic back pain and her one session with Liz gave her relief for over 6 months.

This was my first experience with Liz and I was very happy with my overall experience, including her professionalism, communication, value, aftercare suggestions, and quality of massage.
